I feel like he wished he should’ve been more appreciative of her when he was coming up because she was there through it all.

What didn’t make sense? He said that they made the decision as a unit so he can’t say he against it. At the end of the day he can’t tell a woman not to do something with her body but he encourages men to not make their woman feel like they have to do that to be told they’re beautiful. He said that he constantly sees women who had the surgery and didn’t die so it makes him wonder why she didn’t make it ? He said he supported her at the end of the day and he took a loss because she passed away from it. It was her decision and he stood by her side. It seems like he feels guilty that he didn’t tell her she was appreciated and pretty enough to the point where she didn’t feel the need to get surgery. But he’s still grieving.

If they can afford to pay thousands for cosmetic procedures then they can afford to pay 100's to a specialist
A nutritionist, a physical therapist, a talented gymnest with a great workout program etc etc etc
With the amount of time it take to recover from those surgeries
Working out at the gym would be more beneficial vs sitting sedentary for weeks waiting for their body to heal after paying thousands to have their body cut up.

God first is, God help me live myself as I am, God help me work out every day to be my best.
The issue here was that the doctor wasn’t a board certified plastic surgeon. He was a board certified internist or something along those lines and they are allowed to perform surgery in the state the surgery was performed which I believe is Florida. But he wasn’t a professional regarding plastic surgery. A plastic surgeon knows what is safe or not and btw as somebody who had plastic surgery they literally check on you immediately after the surgery. You get an emergency contact phone number and you are scheduled to go in the next day or two for a checkup. You go in for checkups periodically after that. Also somebody from the office gives you a call hours after the surgery from what I remember to make sure you are feeling well. A board certified plastic surgeon would have performed the surgery properly and/or flagged something was wrong and she could have been saved. It’s unfortunate. His message about reminding women that they are beautiful is great but if somebody chooses to get plastic surgery, make sure the surgeon is a board certified plastic surgeon and that he is reputable.
