My Fendi queen! Hands down it is my favourite luxe bag, if you know you have more than one its a favourite! Love the regular. Do not have a leather one YET but I have to say I do love my OG zucca regular baguette, she is a favourite. She moulds to my body and is always comforting. I absolutely adore my mini baguette in the canvas. It fits so much and is so cute with the top handle and crossbody strap. It’s great for everyday and evening, and if you live in the US it is small enough for venues that have a bag size policy. Best investment ever. Grab and go and no worries.

Hi Dayle love the sea foam/mint green leather, the multifaceted coloured canvas zucca print & the sparkly, beaded & mirror style baguettes. I can’t do mini bags with the crap I have to carry around. The only practical use I can think of the tiny baguettes is parking meter change. LOL have a fab day. 😘💐

Watching this in 2023! Feeling more inclined towards the mini. No Fendi in NZ so need to wait for a trip across the ditch. When I was visiting Europe the sales associate at Fendi in Barcelona showed me a hack using a silk scarf in a complimenting colour to extend the length and it looked really cute

Such a fan of the nano though I wish the attachment at the back didn’t show when you attach to your jeansOr bag or whatever) as I do. The chains on nanos are very pretty, delicate and long! I’m definitely getting a mini next. I love your lilac one. My medium sized one (not the rendition some of which have longer straps) has not really worked for me. Long live the cross body straps! The leather on those puffy baguettes is so so soft, love it!
Crossbody is such a great option to have!

Have you had any issues with fraying on the trim of the fabric mini? Or heard that happens?

This is maybe a bummer since the size has been discontinued for almost a decade (next spring) buuuuuuuut... I have to go with the Mamma Baguette. It almost fits everything without going into huge territory. In fact it was my EVERYDAY bag for the last 4 years, a vintage black neoprene from 1998 currently quite easy to find that I got for peanuts back in 2018. For real, in which other bag that's not a tote can one put part a decent amount of their groceries if needed? I literally carried several pounds of fruit in it. Or a full size copy of Anna Karenina with still enough room to put all you put in the regular
But yeah, if anyone is thinking of buying one of the newer models go for the regular but consider a longer strap even when the newer straps are longer (but weirdly still not as long as the original straps, the longest setting for those is 49.5 cm. I wonder why)
Who knows it makes no sense to me the strap drop!

Hello Dayle! I have a Fendi Baguette black leather in medium currently (I’ve had it for 3 months only and the glazing is peeling already 😢), but my question is…..what do you think of the large Baguette? I love my medium and love the slouchiness but sometimes just wish it was a tad bit bigger. I am unable to visit a boutique to check it out, so need to order online sight unseen. I am 5’2” and 118 lbs. Do you think the large will be too big? I do own a Chanel Jumbo, which I love (but I like the slouchiness and lightness of the Fendi currently). Also, I think i would order in black. I have a lot of black LV, Dior and other luxury designers but black is usually my go to….
One more question….I am gutted that the glazing is peeling so soon, what is your experience with Fendi quality? Is this usually an issue? I had to send back 3 bags before keeping the 4th due to stitching issues (looked like the leather was being pulled and tearing on the first 3). 🤦♀️ 😩. Thank you!
Oh I’m so sorry to hear. I’ve been pretty outspoken in saying I’d never recommend buying online, always reach out on the web chat to connect with an SA and deal directly with a person to guarantee accountability on quality. I’ve never had this issue but I never buy online always through an SA and have them check and ship to me.
I think the large will be fine if you like bigger bags.
Also - return this bag it’s not ok.
