Let it defrost in the refrigerator for a day. Many steaks can be grilled over a flame. Season it with salt, peper and gralic. If being done indoors in a hot pan you can also add butter during the final stage of cooking. With a spoon keep spooning the butter over the steak while cooking> There should be many videos of cooking steaks on UA-cam.

    Vegetables 10/10
    Meat 0/10
Krissy just a little salt on both sides of the steak
    Then put in air fryer
    180*
    5/6 minutes both sides
    Medium rare
Not sure how tender the beef would be over in the Phils
But let it sit in the fridge for 2/3 days (thawed)
Don’t ever let meat sit in water
    It diminishes the flavour
    Thaw in microwave

If you eat it, Its not a failure! But can I suggest the following steps.... 1 Thaw the meat overnight in frigde. 2 Bring to room temp before cooking, 3 rub a pinch of salt into it both sides. 4 fry in a pan for a couple of mins each side, turn it only once. 5 Place in a cassarole dish in an oven on low heat for about 10mins. 6 serve with vegs sauce and a couple of eggs on top. Love you videos Chrissy!

This is good. I like to see how Filipinas cook. My fiance will do it well also.
I always barbecue steak, but if a grill is not handy, then frying on a stove or air frying works just as well. It makes my mouth water. I'm ready for dinner now. 😅

    Tips for defrosting.
You can either put the frozen meat into the fridge 24 hours earlier.
Or you can put the frozen meat on the kitchen bench for 3-4 hours.
Make sure you cook it after that.
It takes some planning but you also get more flavour out of the meat!

Didn't the air fryer come with instructions? They would normally tell you how to cook a steak. Or look on the internet. That is a steak not a roast beef, which is much, much bigger and thicker. Keep studying recipes and cook books, you'll get the hang of it.

Defrost the meat next time in the same bag, that you have it in the freezer, that way, no water will get into the meat, as well as take away the flavor of blood

Rule #1 never put it in water. Keep it in the package and then put it in the water. Rule #2 never boil your beef steak unless you are going to braise it in wine or stock with vegetables. Rule #3 you can Air fry it Or Broil it or place in in a fry pan or on a BBQ. The best would be to cook it to medium rare. Also you should also salt and pepper and a tablespoon of butter. I hope this helps Tim will love you for it. Please watch a UA-cam video I recommend Guga. Also if the beef it tough put it in a plastic bag with pineapple juice no more the 30 minutes. Also if you slice it for steer fry put a little baking powder on it. This it what Chinese restaurants do to make it tender. Put please watch a video. It is a sin to cook beef to well done.

As a New Yorker I eat a steak 3 times a week and I’m sure you either cook a good steak yourself but everyone starts somewhere and nothing is worse then a well done steak that’s my opinion. I’m just trying to save Tim the disappointment as he said in his last video that it’s hard to gat a good steak we’re he lives unlike in Manila.

Chrissy, you're a sweet girl but you sure don't know how to cook a steak, LOL. 30 minutes is way over cooked and tough. I'm surprised Timoy didn't show you. First, don't put it water. You can slowly defrost it in the microwave oven using very few seconds at a time. Don't let it start cooking in the microwave. Or if you have time, just leave the papistic wrapper on it and set it out on the counter for an hour to thaw. The plastic warper will keep the flies off while its thawing. Once thawed, just put a small amount of butter or oil in a pan and fry it for about 3 minutes on each side. Of course, ad your favorite seasonings. I just use garlic salt. You can play with the cooking time a little bit (it depends on the thickness of the steak) but this should get you pretty close to medium rare. You want it pink in the middle. Dark red in the middle is rare and not fully cooked. Brown all the way through to the middle is well done and over cooked. That's it Chrissy, so fast and simple. I have steak for dinner about once a week.

Looked fantastic Chrissy. I think you would enjoy having a grilled steak on a barbecue out in the garden. A good marinade is worcestshire sauce, a bit of soya sauce, montreal steak spice, salt and pepper, some fresh garlic. Marinade the steaks for about 3 hours in a zip lock bag. Don’t put them in the ref as they won’t cook properly when they’re cold. Put them on the hottest part of the grill for a few mins each side. Even 500 F is ok. Then move them to a cooler area on the grill it won’t take long to cook them. Cook until near finish and then remove them and let them rest at least 5 mins and enjoy. Super juicy and delicious I promise you!
