I really appreciate that someone goes through the effort to edit in the photos for the youtube version even though the podcast doesnt get that many views here. It really adds to the experience.

Andrew needs a Steelcase Gesture chair! They aren't cheap and I scoffed at the price originally but I'm glad I came around and bit the bullet. My 30 year old back is super thankful. Worth it.
You guys keep confusing yourselves. Use numbers in the sense of a range of numbers between x and y is medium, or a to say D is small or large in the sense of the range of numbers? Is the easiest way to put it?
