Super stoked, we recently found a mint 2006 KTM XCW 300 Two-Stroke and we're gonna make it ours. Now typically, that means dropping a bike on the rocks until it's unrecognizable, but since this is Kjeld's first two stroke ever, we're gonna set it up right (at least to start). We do suspension, a maintenance refresh, tires, tubliss, armor, cockpit mods, a smart carb, and custom two stroke cooling fans (those last two have their own videos).

Nice edit! Always fun to watch weeks worth of work, summed up in 10 minutes. Haha
That’s all thanks to our editor, he’s the best!!!
Great Video - looks like a proper hard enduro machine now (except the happy button) I like the way you mounted the fans straight on with cable ties and using computor fans - not even a 10th of the price of spal fans
Got a whole video coming on the fans setup. They don’t move as much air, but rarely boil with them so I call it a success.
Says we’re not going to do much to the bike……proceeds to rebuild and upgrade pretty much everything on the bike 🤣…. 👌
What brand of bash plate is that, cant find anything for an 06 exc
3 fans? Are those just computer ones?
Got a whole video on that coming soon! Yup, basically case fans 😃
@@ExtremeSportsWannaBes hope it works for you, look forward to checking that out. I rebuilt a spahl fan with an RC car motor but must have been different speed or wind. Kept overheating, ended up replacing with oem
These have worked great. Not quite as much volume of air as the stock fan, but almost never overheat and I got to keep the stock tank size.
