The pro shops I’ve been to around me…act like they just don’t want your business. Everything they do is bare minimum and they critique every decision you make. I had to beg a shop to change the top hats in my Matthews. I could go on and on about why these local shops are so poorly ran for hours. Maybe it’s a good thing, because I’ve gotten pretty good at working on my bow thanks to mfjj. Now that I own the tools, I may never need a pro shop again
Yep you gotta find the guy that's there because he wants to be there and loves working on bows. Like finding a good barber. Request only that guy and make an appointment if you have to. But nothing beats doing it yourself.
Mine is awful. I only go to buy bows (even though theyre $25-50 more than other retailers) because they do let you test bows out compared to bass pro. Mine was having a tuning issue and I was told there was too much cam lean that wasnt covered by warranty and couldn't be fixed/tuned properly. Bowtech sent me to a bass pro instead (even though said shop was a bowtech dealer)and the guy changed out the shims and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Then they wonder why they're not getting as much business.

Just order it from Arizona ez fletch right here in az they ship it fast they build them and if yours ever messes up they send you a new one
Thanks for both responses. The LCA sounds like the choice down the line. $350 is a little steep right now - I was hoping to put that kind of money towards a bow press. I'll try the Arizona site rn thanks
Peep Tubing.... Is there peep rotation in the string???
`
That's the style peep it comes with
Are you still shooting the Mach 30 this year?
You shpuld try the Sanlida Dragon 10, i have shot both marhews and hoyt and shoots the same for 1/4 of the price
Never heard of them.
I need to sell my phase 4 and get this one
Mathews needs to get rid of this split limb garbage 😂. I still have my VXR and V3x33
why is it garbage?
Somebody really has to be a fan of The Hunting Public to buy that!
@@tommurph4496Not necessarily true bud. That's an awesome bow for a new hunter or budget bow. Comes RTH out the box. Can kill anything you shoot at. All for half (+/-) the price of some bigger names?? I'd say that appeals to more masses.
😂
Does it come with 400 grain field points so you can “tune” it?
😂
Okay what happened to the dude with the shotgun?
Deer Crossing Arrow review??????
Should it be that far off on fps?
That tube peep isn't helping your chrono speeds. Also, don't most mfgs clock their bows with no peep or dloop?
26 ft slower than ibo is diabolical
I can’t stand the ibo speed ratings. Every single time it’s tested it’s anywhere from 15-30 fps slower than advertised. These companies need to be honest.
You can shoot the same bow and arrow thru 3 different chronos and get 3 totally different speeds...I take ibo speeds on UA-cam with a grain of salt...
Awesome video as always!!!
I just read a bunch of very strange comments. You get them all the time? Man oh man. People, grow up.
No wonder they dont take shots past 20 yards. SLOW. 20 YR old darton shoots a 500 gr arrow at 260. My prelude shoots a 500 gr arrow at 305.
It keeps unsubbing me from the channel
Love Bear but this ain’t it.

A lot of pro ships treat costumers like idiots
go buy a 2 or 3 year old used flagship bowtech, they go for around 500-600. in no way shape or form is this bear is worth 700$
I’d go as far as to say it’s not even worth $499 imo
@@jonah-n8l that shit ain’t worth 100$
ahh yes the complainers are here
@@tightbhole420 bear is shit
I honestly don't get the bear hate
Johnson Jose Hall Dorothy White Charles
With how good the twin cam technology is now, it's going to be a hard sell at those speeds. Bear makes good twin cam setups, I think the THP guys are trapped in their nostalgia a little too much on this one
This is like doing a review for motorcycle guys, and you’ve got a new moped packed with features like an integrated cup holder!
waste of money-just buy a quality used bow.
my 2004 bowtech extreme blows that bow away and many othet single cam bows of recent.
thats a 20 year old bow-i havent been using it since 2006 but shoot it one a while ,its 330plus all day long and quiet too
@Tughill1699 Agreed. Better to spend the money on a good bow press. Invest in knowledge, get a quality used bow and dial it in
I agree I had a Adapt not a bad bow for a beginner but after I bought a 2019 Hoyt Helix for $500 bare and hooked it up with high end accessories and damn for a 2019 it is smooth as butter I was shooting 55lb on the bare because my shoulder issues but this bow I’m able to shoot 60lbs all day and it is fast and smooth. Barely any vibration I do recommend buying an older flagship boy there 10x better then the budget bows!
I bet the hunting public guys arrows are only going 180 fps if that. Buy a 2 year old Hoyt instead of toy bow
I'll throw a spear b4 shooting a hoyt🤣💯 I shoot 35 yards max like alot of other bow hunters this bow will do just fine!
It goes far over 180 mine is at 27 draw 63 pounds and it shoots 250 - 260 ish hour dudes always throwing scrap at every other bow company, typical.
That's the adapt 1 to not 260 but 245-250 ish
Love the content but your vids are hard to get thru with all the asmr breathing and lip smacking
Wtf 😂😂 799 for a 20 year old bow that is loud and slow
Junk
