For the longest time, I have been in a rut of revising my PIQs enough for them to be ‘good’, but never beyond that. Your advice has really allowed me to take my PIQ writing to the next level. Thank you!
I am so grateful for finding this crash course! I began my Personal Insight Questions late (two weeks ago), because I was so overwhelmed about where to start. After utilizing your website and this video, I was able to write essays that I am really proud of. I currently attend a CCC and hope plan to transfer in the fall. I have a 3.9 gpa and am majoring in Sociology. Fingers crossed I get into UCLA! I will come back and reply to this comment once I hear back :) Thanks for putting this out there for every one to use, college essay guy!
Thank you so much for some amazing Tips. Our Scholars at Achievement Institute of Scientific Studies are more than Grateful for the knowledge you share with us. This course is making their essay writing less stressful and more enjoyable. It made them feel reassuring about the applications they are submitting.
For the UC6 prompt, is it ok if I talk about how I have a passion for computer science and design, I have been taking steps to work towards a career path as a UX Designer? I am not sure about this as we are supposed to talk about an academic subject, and I would be talking about a career path based on that subject instead. p.s: your contents are super helpful! thanks A LOT
For PIQ #4, can an educational opportunity be something none academic where i learned something about the world and myself? I wrote about a hike I did over summer at a leadership camp but I am starting to second guess if that is an appropriate response to the question.
I haven't started the college essays but we'll see how it goes. This was helpful. Thank you. I also am not sure what I want to major in. I'm just trying to do as much as possible before November 1st. Is it too late for your personal insight course?
Thanks! It's not too late! The link to register is in the description, but I'll leave it here for you too: www.collegeessayguy.com/uc-personal-insight-questions-course

You do a fabulous job. I am working on starting a UA-cam channel about freshwater fish and college admissions. You are an inspiration. Thank you
Cool! Thanks for watching. :)
