In this Video I wanted to address the claims of me stealing @officialSB19 Music and trying to gain off of it. It really makes me sad to do have to do this. Hope this clears it all up.

What the?!?! 😲
My thoughts about f****s***0001's tweet:
1. "... _what he calls 'REMIX'_ ..." -- Um, it sounds like this person is unfamiliar with what a remix is and thinks that Jay came up with that word.
2. "... _POSSIBLY on Spotify too_ " -- Possibly??? The remixes are either on Spotify or they aren't, and it's not difficult to check first (and take a screen-shot to prove it). I'd guess that the person reporting wanted intentionally to cause alarm in order to increase their chances of getting a reaction by making unconfirmed allegations.
3. Why didn't this person tag Jay in their tweet, or otherwise message Jay that they believed he was doing something illegal or harmful? If they were most concerned about stopping Jay, that's the first thing they should've tried. Again, I suspect that person cared more about other things.
My thoughts about the "stealing" issue:
4. In theory, any work that derives from another's work without permission or license can be viewed as copyright infringement. However, in practice, not all derivative works reach the level of "sue-able" infringement; some derived works can be defensible/allowable depending on *mitigating factors.*
5. Jay has acknowledged and credited each song's owners in the description of the remix MVs. On UA-cam, this is the content creator's usual way of *disclaiming ownership* of the source material.
6. Jay is not simply copying the music as-is: the beats have been remade for the remixes, so he is adding his own material to the original music, or more accurately, he is *transforming* them.
7. Jay has also tagged SB19 Official / Felip / Pablo in his tweets whenever he announced he would be dropping a remix inspired by their song. If his intent was to steal, *would he have notified them?* Furthermore, Jay dropped the Palayo remix 1 full year ago, the Gento remix, 10 months ago. In the time that has passed since then, if Jay had been informed of their objections, he surely would have taken the remixes down.
8. What is Jay's intention behind making these remixes? He's a huge admirer of SB19, one who can't help but be literally moved by their music. He is a rapper as well, so he expresses his admiration creatively/artistically as rappers do. I believe the original songs inspired him, and he wants to celebrate SB19 through these remixes. *Jay produced the remixes in good faith.*
9. I hope I'm not being overly presumptuous, but I imagine that SB19 would welcome -- if not even encourage -- their fans to be inspired creatively by their music. For "Determinado", Pablo issued an open verse challenge, inviting fans to take "your turn" and spit your own verse to the tune of his song. The members often participate in dance challenges, both for their own songs as well as those of other artists. Dance challenges/dance covers are definitely derivative and unoriginal, but they celebrate (and promote/spread) the original work. *In this spirit, it would seem that Jay's remixes of "Determinado" and other SB19 songs would be similarly appreciated rather than discouraged.*
10. Has Jay caused any actual harm or loss to Felip / RadKids / SB19? I can't imagine that he has in any serious way. Anyone who has taken the time to watch Jay's videos would understand he is one of A'TIN, a true fan of the members of SB19 -- a man whose life has been significantly touched by SB19 and who is grateful for the inspiration and positivity that they bring, and who spreads their message however he can. *Jay Wyatt would never intentionally disrespect SB19 by "stealing" from them.*

If your music video isn't blocked then there is no copyright claim. That means the artists and warner music allows people to remix the songs. I think some people don't know the concept of remix after all. No need to explain let them bark all they want😂😂😂

When i first saw your content months ago, i know that your intentions for the boys are good and genuine, way before their Gento song became super popular. As long as UA-cam and IZ entertainment did not call your attention (w/c i am sure they have strict rules) then just continue what you're doing. You have A'TINs like me to back you up. Did n't these critics realize how international reactors like you were one of the reasons why SB19 became popular globally? Before they barely pay attention to your reactions but now that SB19 became more popular, they have a lot to say. Reactors evolve or improve their content too.

I rhink You are free to remix songs for your own pleasure ,no contact with the record label or artist .However, if uploaded to UA-cam, Apple Music, Spotify and/or played publicly ,you probably must seek copyright permission. Im not sure 🤔
If you upload copyrighted content on youtube the copyright holder claims the video and they get all the money from it. They also choose if they want to allow the person to keep the video up, if they wanted to they could ask for it to be taken down, either way there is a law called fair use that protects creators to upload copyrighted content without the permission of the owner as long as the content is transformative. So by writing ur own lyrics and recording ur own version you are not just reuploading their content you are making it into something else. Same with reaction videos.

People who are telling you to remix SB19 and their solo songs apparently don't know much about copyright infringement laws. It's not wrong to remix as long as it has permission from the owners.
It's fine to advise a content creator re copyright concerns but "stealing" is such a harsh word.

Ang pag-remix ng kanta ay dumaraan sa legalities pero hindi niya kasi ginagawa yun kaya nagmumukha tuloy siyang nag-steal ng music ng SB. Sana gawin niya sa tamang paraan. Isu-support pa rin naman siya basta gawin lang sana niya sa tamang paraan kasi yung SB19 at members ang naaagrabyado.
