Until you get down from your boyfriends back xD My back (girldfriend) didn't hurt as much as my stomach did the day after, but my boyfriends back hurt a little. It doesn't matter if you weigh a lot, the matter is if your harness is correct or not. If you have a good harness, you shouldn't have an aching back no matter to weight of your girlfriend. The arm parts are made out of two crutches, expanding foam, fiber glas and latex (in that order) :)
