Thanks a lot! Pro.Pat. I really appreciated your effort. But I am wondering how we could make them share the same x-axis and y-axis? For example, we have four Roc-curves that have the same axis. I want to put them in 2*2 format. the same row shares the same y-axis, and the same column shares the same x-axis. When I use patchwork, the row works well. but the column has the white space between the up plot and the down plot. How I could remove the white space? Thanks a lot!
@@Riffomonas Thanks a lot for your quick response. Actually my plots didn't share the same y-axis. Instead i put y-axis in the right side. Thus i can combine two plots. but it's hard for me to combine for plots in 2*2 format. Could you please help me with this?

Hey - I’d likely do it with facet_wrap. That way you can have share x and y axes

@@Riffomonas I wish we could share figures on the comment, which makes life easier.
Sorry, but I don't have the ability to do much one-on-one troubleshooting beyond what I present in the videos
@@Riffomonas No problem. I will try to figure it out. Thanks!
Thank you Sir
My pleasure - thanks for watching!
What font/text style are you using in your graphs? My standard ggplot text look so much worse/amateuristic
