Water dough:
all purpose flour 140 g
sugar 15 g
vegetable oil 35 g
pinch of salt
water 65 g
Pastry dough:
all purpose flour 70 g
vegetable oil 35 g
Filling:
hawthorn candy 100 g
baking date 250 g
toasted flour as needed
Egg wash with 1 egg yolk.
