I've seen Todd 4 times, over 40 years, and the last was in December. He's so skilled he does this like most folks talk and even more so as he's gotten older. He's so fluid at his craft, a true master. This solo act is one of my all time faves as it just shows Todd as Todd; quite the amazingly fearless individual.

A musical genius is an understatement! Todd’s lyrics in so many of his songs, to me, are beyond spiritual! I don’t know the words to describe all of the feelings his music has evoked from my soul! I know it has touched my mind in many ways that it has made my life a better, more thoughtful life, and through those feelings I’m sure I’ve reacted better to people and by my actions have touched those people too! But it was Todd’s thoughtful seeds that were planted in my brain. So Todd, you have no idea how far reaching your love has spread. Those people will never know where the kindness came from and Todd has no idea how he has inspired me In So many ways. He has touched so many lives and no one recognizes where all of this love and kindness has come from. Thank you Todd Rundgren! You are an angel to many of us and you are so appreciated!!! Love to everyone doing their part here on this great earth! Todd, you are 100% correct: LOVE IS THE ANSWER!!!

I love the simplicity & warmth of this performance. The lyrics are so easy to hear. Song of the Viking is so clearly inspired by his “Gilbert & Sullivan” childhood!
At Todd’s 70th (Toddstock VA.) Kasim held a class on songwriting, & told some great stories. I recall him saying Todd was one of the best lyricists of “the second half of the 20th century.” He should know. Kas is a special guy in his own right!

Saw him I think in ‘84. One of about 6 times. That was memorable. Like someone else said his voice was SO good. Good. These songs. SO many memories. ❤️
And no one ever remarks; what a great piano player he is!

After too numerous concerts to keep track of since I borrowed an older friend’s ID to sneak into the Back to the Bars tour, I find this solo mini concert very compelling. I’ve enjoyed it several times.

I saw him on this tour at a place called the Venue in Victoria, London. He was excellent and apart from Time Heals where he used video technology, it was just him on guitar and piano.
