If I have to hazard a guess why everyone decided to go for that Cilias pictures is probably that one of the very top players used it first and then a bunch of people picked it up to pretend to be that top player and seem more scarry and then slowly but surely more people joined the bandwagon while the memory of which top player used it first faded from memory. XD
