Building this trust takes time. - B2B Tech stack basics: Sales CRM - Salesforce, Marketing CRM - Marketo/Hubspot, and if serious about Customer Success - Gainsight. - With an enterprise customer there's - a user, buyer and an influencer. - Influencer (boss of buyer)---- you go as warm intro from them to----> Buyer (boss of user)------get buyer on board with similar companies using your prod. etc------->But buyer will only buy if user will use, so user has to be on board too - Sales team can log all of this in Salesforce and Gainsight. On top of which comes your Marketing Funnel and MARTECH. - Basic Funnel eg. Lead Gen. campaign on a channel for specific TG > Visitors > Leads > Qualify > MQL > Hand over to SDR/ADR > Phone calls to pitch and get a meeting > SAL > AE goes for meeting > Lead says no they're not interested > Put in nurture funnel >> Lead says yes interested > Det. if budget is there, if not, how to create > AE says yes there is real oppr. here. > SQL > Procurement (explain everything to them again, negotiate, re-sell) > Legal (MSA) > Deal close.
