- This is something I've seen online for the past year. Chicano culture in VIETNAM? I was absolutely amazed when I found out a group of men from Vietnam had adopted Mexican Culture all the way from Los Angeles California. I had to come here and see it for myself. On my second day here in Saigon I made it my mission to go visit the gentlemen of VIET MONSTER a barber shop here in District 8 Saigon. They were EXTREMELY welcoming and answered all of my questions. Visit them if you're ever in Saigon!!

Yes for me he did it just like my barber would back home.. even with language barriers (other barbers spoke some English to explain to him) it was perfect! He also only asked for for 200,000vnd which it $8.20.. i couldn’t let that happen so i gave him around $22 in VND.. as you know in America you can’t buy much for $8.20😂
