Great video, but one thing to point out (I'm a 20+ year software engineer working with AI every day), is that there are a few missing parts between Agentic AI and Physical AI. Right now we are just starting to see real world use of AI Agents, but these are still very niche, single purpose build primarily. What will come after is Collaborative AI or Agentic Teams, which are composed of an endless network of existing already highly funcitonal Agents. Then we will see Morphing Adaptable AI which will not require any Agents, instead it will dynamically extend it's funcitonality by actually creating it's own agents as needed. For example, imagine you're iron man talking with jarvis, and he says "Who is Peter Parker?" Well the AI would actually write it's own integration of a vast library of existing known extnesions to obtain the data, would be aware of it's surroundings as well as Iron Man's context, to dynamically create an appropriate user interface that it also determines what relevent info is to be shown. I use ui as an example, even though righ tnow ai can make ui, in the future it will be able to do basically everything on it's own by learning and understanding context. For physical AI to happen, requires a LOT more than what is available publicly, though I'd imagine they have a ton of tech privately that is far advanced than what we all have. Just my two cents!

Although I’m part of the industry myself-at least to some extent-when it comes to transforming the way we work, I have very mixed feelings about the ongoing discussion. It’s incredibly hard to determine how many jobs will be lost in the short term compared to the long-term effects we’ll see down the line. We’ve seen something similar during the industrial revolution, where massive changes due to electrification caused significant job losses. However, those changes also brought about entirely new industries through a completely new technology.
What I find different today is that very few companies appear to be leading the charge. I think it’s critical to develop technology that isn’t just accessible to the wealthiest players, but to everyone. And it’s equally important that we embrace the new ways of working that come with it.
I think you’re doing an incredible job with your UA-cam channel, sharing these fresh approaches to work. As a fellow UA-camr, I’m always happy to see others promote positive new ways of thinking and working instead of focusing solely on the downsides. Keep up the great work, and thank you! And I agree what you’re saying about the social impact, more governance is needed to put AI in good use, and yes make it more accessible to everyone. Appreciate you raising this out.
Thank you for your encouragement 🙏😊, it means a lot to receive that from a channel like yours! Love your channel content as well

I'm a manager now at a financial Fortune 500 company, and one of the goals that my director gave me for this year, is to optimize processes by 15% using AI. Optimize in corporate lingo, means reducing headcount. Soon, the CTO will ask directors to optimize managers. I paid for my college education by working with my hands, and fixing and restoring furniture. My goal for 2025, is to re-learn these skills and also learn HVAC repair. Also, I'm spending less and saving more cash. Everyone should have a plan. AI disruption is already here, most people are in denial.

All these big companies are salivating over replacing employees with AI. But companies are planning their own demise. If AI agents can perform this functionality and provide value, we don't need the companies. We don't need to pay investors or managers a premium to provide these services. If the agents are optimized for efficiency, we don't need the profit motive to discipline companies. These companies can just become like public utilities or even arms of government. Society should be able to get these services 'at cost' from the AI agents rather than paying a margin to investors/managers. The costs to run the agents will always go down - the same hardware it runs on will always get cheaper. I mean a non Gen AI was already better at picking winning companies than most VC's.

It feels like it leans into fear-mongering rather than providing a balanced perspective. The content itself discusses proactive steps and opportunities, which is great, but the dramatic title doesn't reflect that. AND STOP THINKING OF OUR SELVES AS HOW WE CAN PIMP OUR SKILLS AND IDEAS. THIS IS THE TIME TO OWN THEM OUR SELVES WITH AI CREATIVE, PROGRAMMING, SCIENCE, 3D MODELLING, ET AL, TO DEVELOP OUR OWN PATENTS, TRADEMARKS, AND COPYWRIGHTS, AND THEN SELL THOSE TO THE COMPANIES WHO CAN'T FIND ANY WORKERS TO FEED THEIR AI TOOLS, CAUSE WE'RE ALL FEEDING OUR OWN.

Yeap but it’s not because AI is so good. It’s because spending $65bn and getting swept by deepseek will force cost cutting. Nothing like layoffs to pump the stock 😂

They said no more developers by 2025, sad 😢
But do you think those AI hype artists can deploy a reliable, maintainable, and upgradable agents properly integrated with existing systems, I don't think so 😅

Personally, I wouldn't quote Elon Musk if looking to maintain credibility. While he has done some innovative things with tech, his 'prognostications' have hardly been on point in any timeline related to our reality.
