    Marvellous. I love the way that the very free ornamentation sounds improvisatory but at the same time always points to and expresses the dance rhythms in each section. Really, really well done.

    Nice! Thanks for posting! Do you know if the bass numbers are original or a later addition? It is something I usually don't see in Scarlatti's sonatas

      It’s actually original, Scarlatti wrote this sonata either for keyboard or a monodic instrument as flute or violon and basso continuo

      "Thank you for your comment! In the Venice manuscripts, this sonata indeed includes figured bass.
