Oooh! I didn't know what exclusive solo did! I will be using that feature quite a bit from now on. 😎
I had never used the Solo cut before making this video. Its a great way to hear your track in context while still being loud enough to isolate it. Thanks for all your support.

Ben turned me onto a really neat way to get (2) sets of outputs from the monitor buss - It involves placing (2) instances of a plugin in the "Processor" session and mapping the outputs of one to outputs 1&2 of my audio interface and the other plugin instance to outputs 3&4 of my audio interface. Voila! (2) sets of main outs for A/B speaker sets! I recommend a follow up video (or revision of this video) to demonstrate that for users who have a need to run multiple speaker sets or multiple monitor (eg, Studio Control Room & Lounge ) listening options! Cheers! Patrick
I have another going more in depth with the dual monitor outputs but I have not tried your plugin trick. Send me an email and I will check it out.
Thank you, it is very usefu explanationl, there were functions that I had not used.
Glad it was helpful!
How did you get your console to appear so large on the screen. My poor eyes almost deters me from even utilizing this DAW at all. Everything is super small on my 14 inch laptop.
Preferences/Size and Scale. Search for that topic on the channel and you can find the video talking about it.
One thing I like to do on the monitor section, is to switch on mono and then invert either left or right channel. That way it will cancel out everything that is centered and only play the difference between left and right. I find it a useful way to balance the width of a mix and for instance adjust a mid/side EQ.
Great idea!!

These are the things why I’m loving my MB 32c more and more.
But wait, did I hear something about controlling your monitor of a house of worship?a live venue?
How far do you think we can go using MB for mixing live events?
There are lots of churches using Mixbus32c for live mixing.
I’m sure that’s a great subject for another video. I’m really curious about it
Sorry, I meant to say Harrison audio
No worries
Excellent, excellent video Nathan. I really appreciate your understanding of the nuances and your ability to make them accessible to us...
My pleasure!
Very useful thanks
Bunch of useful features which we often overlook! :)
Btw when is coming the ability to move 'drive' position within single channel (pre/post midi instrument/fader etc)?
Thanks
That may come a little later. Lots of things to prepare for in V10.
Whoa.... What did you do to change the color of the Master Channel Strip (@ 11:30) ?!?!?
That is coming in 9.2.
Very Cool Nathan keep ‘em coming Best wishes Don Doobay UK
Thanks Don.
Can you do a video tutorial on how to record vocals on mix bus 32c v9. Thanks
Technically yes but its really no different than recording anything else and I have videos on recording basics. Are you more interested in the Vocal comping side of things? I have a video on that topic as well.

@@HarrisonAudio I've just upgraded to v9 from V8 so recording is all the same?
The basics of recording in MIxbus have not changed since V1.
Harrison Audio, I love that🕶
Kinda rolls off the tongue doesn't it? Thanks for watching.
