    Healthy hair routine (curly/wavy hair)
*disclaimer this has worked for me but it could defer on your hair type mine is dry and wavy, you can still do it but change the curl related steps
    Before shower:
Scalp massage your head (if you have a scalp massager its even better) do it from 5-15 min
Hair oil on scalp (I use rosemary oil and sometimes coconut but you could use anything)
    Hair mask on ends
    During shower:
    1. Wet your hair
    2. Shampoo twice (I use hydrating shampoo)
    3. Condition and let it sit for a couple of minutes then rinse
    After shower:
    1. Brush hair with a wet brush, you can skip it if you dont have it or brush gently
    2. Leave in conditioner
    3. Curl activator, you can use either gel or moose, then flip your hair upside down then scrunch, when you flip your head dont flip your hair hold it while you flip and place it gently
    4. Add hair serum
And you are good to go!

Nice vid but, here's a simple homemade brownie recipe:
    Ingredients:
    - 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
    - 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
    - 2 large eggs
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    - 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
    - 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
    - 1/4 teaspoon salt
    - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch (20x20cm) baking pan.
    2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
    3. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
    4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
    5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, but not wet batter.
    6. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
    Enjoy your homemade brownies

@zakae6hdt7 she's making money through amazon affiliate links. she has an amazon storefront where she lists all the products she shows in her videos and everytime a viewer uses her links to purchase those products she gets a cut from amazon. that's why she shows a huge amount of products in her videos. hannah alonzo made a video explaining this, it's called "influencer insanity episode 1". it's a very sneaky way of marketing products.

@zakae6hdt7yes she is, for the companies of the products she used. Last time she had a completely different “hair care routine” not sure if she knows what “routine” means but what she’s doing is not a routine..she’s literally just showing products she’s being paid to show and promote.

    • @LIX77
      @LIX77 7 місяців тому +4

@zakae6hdt7 Majority of people in platforms like tiktok and youtube shorts don't disclose when ads are done, because there aren't solid laws yet about them since they are relatively new. Also, companies usually "gift" products to creators without necesarily telling them to promote them, however they expect the creator to mention it because it was a free product and if they want to keep recieving free things they talk good stuff about a product even if it's technically not an ad (or if they don't even like the product, just to stay on the PR list).
She also made the product's label really obvious in the video, it's easy to look them up, it would be more natural to hold the products with a partially covered label if it's genuelly not an ad.
(Still not saying this is 100% and ad or a promotion, it's just speculation from what i've seen happens with other creators).

    • @Fab4gal68
      @Fab4gal68 6 місяців тому +1

@zakae6hdt7 These clips are done in a way that makes it look like this is her routine etc.. when she is clearly promoting a product. Tips from a girly with 3 foot healthy, glass like hair.
Keep in mind this only works if you have straight to wavy hair
Double shampoo roots only every 2 - 5 days
    Condition ends only every day
Use cold water, warm okay, NEVER hot
    Scrunch in leave in conditioner
Brush in castor oil once a month the day before wash day.
    Sleep in silk bonnet
Gentle braids when you're doing active work or workouts.
    No tight braids or ponytails
Microfiber towel dry then air dry only.
    No heat styling
    Hydrate
Nothing I use costs more than $10
You don't have to be rich to have good hair, you do have to put in effort though.

As someone who has 66 inches (5.5 foot) in hair length, I assure you that don’t necessarily need a long luxurious hair routine in order for it to be healthy. You just need to know how to take care of your hair.
This is my advice, but be advised that this might not work on all hair types. My hair is long and straight, so this is what I normally do. ❤❤
-Beware what kind of Shampoo and Conditioner you are using. Personally, I try to go for natural products, that have less of chemicals and more of natural ingredients.
-I would advise you to either double shampoo your roots every 3-5 days. (Optional)
-Condition from your hair to tips, or just the ends, but never condition your roots.
-Use microfibre towels, then air dry.
-Never and I mean never use heat to dry your hair. Unless your hair type actually needs it, but I encourage you not to.
-Do not brush your hair wet. I repeat this! Unless your hair type needs it.
-Use a detangling brush or bamboo brush.
-Use silk scrunchies, and a silk pillowcase.
-Use coconut oil or rosemary oil twice a week, or at least once a week. You can either do the entire hair from roots to ends, or you can just do your roots. (Coconut and Rosemary are your best friends)
-I would recommend sleeping in a loose ponytail, or a loose braid (braid is recommended for those who have extremely long hair)
-When styling your hair, try not to put it too tight. (Putting your hair into tight hairstyles can actually damage it.)
-Hydrate! Always remember to drink water
‼️-But the most important part is to have a healthy balance diet.

Realistically all you need is rosemary and mint oil (or a rosemary oil mixed with another hair oil bc it’s very strong on its own.) vinegar and or apple cider vinegar along with it and a shampoo that works well for your specific hair type and double shampoo helps a lot as well, ofc if your hair really needs the hair mask and other leave in hair products use them but you really don’t need much and personally this has helped me manage my very dry scalp and all this extra bs using the hot hair tools and blow dryers are so damaging 😭

Reminder: You dont need all this and your value doesnt come from your appearance so whether you or your hair are overly conventionally good looking or whatever is irrelevant. These beauty ideals are rooted in misogyny and racism. Instead of spending an hour on a problem you dont have, spend it actually living your life (like men do). Live in 1st person, not 3rd person of how others perceive you.

Unhealthy hair is a consequence of an unhealthy body. All "self care" and "caring for health" you need lies in health maintenance of the body: eating right, sleeping right, hydrating, exercising, taking care of your mental health. If your hair merely doesnt look "healthy", but your body is (and youre not usint harmful products on it that make it appear so), thats not an actual health concern, its just how you look. It wont hurt you whatsoever.

What I do is I wash my hair every three days and for every other wash I use extra products than the wash before ( hopefully you understood😂)
    So 1st wash:
Step1: bamboo brush to stimulate your scalp
Step2: Rosemary oil (or any oil that you like
step3: massage the oil in with your fingers or a scalp massager
    ~Wait 1-2 hours~
Step4: L’Oréal hyaluron pure shampoo + scalp massager
Step5: &honey melty moist repair shampoo
    Step6: 8 second wonder water
Step7: fino hair mask( leave it in for 10 min)
~ wash and out of the shower~
Step8: L’Oréal dreamy long no haircut cream ( use it on the ends of damp hair before blow drying because it also acts as a heat protectant, but it isn’t a very strong heat protectant)
    Step9: blow dry and style
Step10: &honey melty moist repair oil
    2nd wash:
Step1: L’Oréal hyaluron pure shampoo + scalp massager
Step2: &honey melty moist repair shampoo
    Step3: 8 second wonder water
Step4: L’Oréal hyaluron pure shampoo ( leave it in for 2 min)(I was thinking of getting the &honey melty moist repair conditioner)
~ wash and out of the shower~
Step5: L’Oréal dreamy long no haircut cream ( use it on the ends of damp hair before blow drying because it also acts as a heat protectant, but it isn’t a very strong heat protectant)

    Damn, lucky ;-;
Anyway here's an easy oatmeal recipe
    Oatmeal
    Ingredients:
    - Oats - 1 cup
    - Milk - 2.5 cups
    - Sugar - 1 table spoon
    - Pinch of salt
    - Butter (optional)
(For the weightment, a 250 ml cup was used)
    1. Prepare the ingredients
    2. Pour milk into a pot/saucepan. Add milk and sugar. Turn on the heat to warm up the milk
    3. Add oats into saucepan with milk.
    4. Boil and stir constantly on small-medium heat. Cook for minutes which are indicated on the package of oats.
    5. When the oatmeal is cooked, turn off the heat. Consistency of the oatmeal should be thick. Add a slice of butter and stir it pretty well.
And now, for the oatmeal to be soft and airy, stir it till it becomes warm. (It's impossible to eat it hot, yknow)
Your oatmeal is done! You can add any toppings you like to it. Fruits, chocolates... Whenever you like. I like to add blueberries and bananas in mine. Have a gud meal :3

Y’all…..don’t use masks/conditioners or anything that has to go after shampoo. Shampoo has sulfates and they definitely remove everything you put in the hair before, So putting anything before shampoo(unless it’s meant to be put on before) is useless.

    • @threecheersforsweetcheesew3231
      @threecheersforsweetcheesew3231 8 місяців тому +2

I went to school for cosmetology, shampoo does remove what you pit in your hair and the natural sebum (oil) that your scalp produces, without that sebum your hair becomes dry and frizzy, conditioner and other moisturizing products temporarily replace some of those oils while your hair replenishes, unless you want dry ends and oily roots then you should use some sort of moisturizer such as conditioner or a mask

Your basically putting this shampoo on dirty hair but it makes your hair even dirtier each wash and on the first time washing your hair with this shampoo it makes your hair feel like its good and your gonna keep using this causing your hair to keep getting dirtier.
