As someone who has 66 inches (5.5 foot) in hair length, I assure you that don’t necessarily need a long luxurious hair routine in order for it to be healthy. You just need to know how to take care of your hair. This is my advice, but be advised that this might not work on all hair types. My hair is long and straight, so this is what I normally do. ❤❤ -Beware what kind of Shampoo and Conditioner you are using. Personally, I try to go for natural products, that have less of chemicals and more of natural ingredients. -I would advise you to either double shampoo your roots every 3-5 days. (Optional) -Condition from your hair to tips, or just the ends, but never condition your roots. -Use microfibre towels, then air dry. -Never and I mean never use heat to dry your hair. Unless your hair type actually needs it, but I encourage you not to. -Do not brush your hair wet. I repeat this! Unless your hair type needs it. -Use a detangling brush or bamboo brush. -Use silk scrunchies, and a silk pillowcase. -Use coconut oil or rosemary oil twice a week, or at least once a week. You can either do the entire hair from roots to ends, or you can just do your roots. (Coconut and Rosemary are your best friends) -I would recommend sleeping in a loose ponytail, or a loose braid (braid is recommended for those who have extremely long hair) -When styling your hair, try not to put it too tight. (Putting your hair into tight hairstyles can actually damage it.) -Hydrate! Always remember to drink water ‼️-But the most important part is to have a healthy balance diet.
reminder: you dont need all this, you are gorgeous!! edit: what i mean by this, is you dont need a fifteen step routine, just maintain your hygiene! edit 2: guys, this is a positive comment, why do people have to argue with me in the comments? please stop :)
Reminder: You dont need all this and your value doesnt come from your appearance so whether you or your hair are overly conventionally good looking or whatever is irrelevant. These beauty ideals are rooted in misogyny and racism. Instead of spending an hour on a problem you dont have, spend it actually living your life (like men do). Live in 1st person, not 3rd person of how others perceive you.
Unhealthy hair is a consequence of an unhealthy body. All "self care" and "caring for health" you need lies in health maintenance of the body: eating right, sleeping right, hydrating, exercising, taking care of your mental health. If your hair merely doesnt look "healthy", but your body is (and youre not usint harmful products on it that make it appear so), thats not an actual health concern, its just how you look. It wont hurt you whatsoever.
Niceee, but random tip: use your scalp massager before your shower, many people use it in the shower but it’s actually bad for your hair since wet hair is generally weak and using a scalp massager may potentially lead to hair fall. So use it before the shower for all its benefits ❤
Yep, that's what I have too. Occasionally when I have the energy (or really patience) I use an aloe leaf (I have like 7 aloe plants all throughout my house). The aloe I use like a hair mask, for my dandruff and dry scalp. The routine in the video would take FOREVER, but I do admire her motivation to do all this
I really love your videos❤They help me improve and i have the same routine! You inspired me and the results of my hair re-growing and stop being oily are so shocking!
I'm pretty sure that with 15 steps some are unnecessary. Mine consists of five steps, three products and a detangler brush and it works perfectly fine. I also braid my hair daily to prevent unwanted knots. It's not good to handle or tease your hair too much either.
I noticed some waves in your hair and don’t want to deep dive to see if you’ve tried a curly hair routine. I’d love to see if you did one ❤❤ I think your hair would look incredible
I was just about to say that! Instead of blow drying, she should be setting her curls. Her hair is wayyy too dry and wayy to product ridden! You don't need these many products! Simple works.
Even if they don't you cant get rid of your hair type, and it will probably look really pretty!! (ik she can choose what she wants to do with her hair-)
Literally all I do is wash my hair every day and I still get compliments all the time on it (but it’s just naturally straight and shiny which is helpful) but over doing products and treatments can sometimes hurt more than help. I love watching these aesthetic videos but for everyone else just know you don’t HAVE to do all this to have healthy hair!
I just use shampoo and a conditioner and sometimes a few drops of some fair oil. Key for me was to wash my hair less often. I only wash 1-2 times a week and my hair looks so much healthier.
Another tip. Find the right hair product for your hair. Expensive salon not always best. For me mine is dove intensive shampp & conditioner. Any other dries my hair out. My aunt owns a salon I've tried all expensive ones. Let your hair air dry sometimes. Humidity is good for hair if dry to.
My hair is pretty much like hers but longer and all i use is cocunut/almond oil and shampoo and conditioner, that too once a week! It is no conpulsion to use these items though they are very aesthetic lol
my hair's like 3b or 3c idk which one, i just do: 1. wet hair in the shower 2. shampoo (i use garnier's curl nourish) and rinse 3. conditioner (same brand and type), brush it with a comb with a lot of teeth (the brad is cantu) and leave it in while i wash the rest of my body 4. rinse it all out 5. put it in a microfiber hair towel and let it dry like that for half an hour to like...2 hours idk i just leave it in until i feel like taking it out 6. repeat every day or every other day 7. profit i don't do much lol i don't have the energy or time for that, i still get tons of compliments.
Steps to healthy hair! (Worked for me) 1. Get into the shower and get all your hair wet. 2. Double shampoo: Make sure you scrub well, but don't dig your nails into your scalp! It causes dandruff if you have dry skin. 3. Condition: Make sure to leave it in while washing your body. Usually 2-4 minutes. Afterwards, wash it out. 4. TOWEL DRY! Heat on wet hair... do I need to explain? Lightly dry your hair with a towel. Won't get it completely dry. 5. If you have a hairbrush used for wet hair, brush your hair. If not, and you want to, don't be rough. (Brush before shower if not) 6. This is basic knowledge, I'm simply sharing this to say how you don't need fancy products to keep healthy hair. Then again, if you cant help it (genetics) , or you have curly hair then you may need hair masks etc. Obviously black people need a lot more to keep their beautiful hair. (My friend tells me her pain everyday). Anyways, please know you are perfect and don't change for anyone! Bye 😌
Can I wash my hair with cold water? I've heard it helps for oily hair like mine (also i am 14 and I just wash my hair 2 times with a shampoo for oily hair and then with volume conditioner. I wait like 1-2 minutes and then wash. After that I just use hair dryer and a hair brush like in the video, the one with more spikes (also sorry for my English and explanation but I would be happy if you give me some advices, thank you) ❤ Edited: Also I wash my oily hair every 1-2 days.
@mr.alpha_6164 Cold showers I think are body related and not so much hair. But maybe! Sorry, I'm not sure about that, but I heard it's very good for you but very challenging. The way you're doing your hair now is great. Make sure not to brush it constantly since it makes your hair greasy. Also, clean out the hair from your hairbrush or just clean it generally! Hair unfortunately gets greasier more often as we get older, but rn I think you're doing great! +Your eglish is fine and clear to understand :D Edit: Wash your hair every 2 days. Washing it every day makes it oily/greasy. *dont use conditioner on roots (top of head) or if needed change hair products!*
For me I have healthy hair and all you need to do is keep your hair clean and make sure the scalp is really clean because you don't want oil to build up. Don't use so many products because it will build up in your scalp. Add some hair oil to the scalp it will make your scalp feel good and its good for your hair just not too much. For people that are tender head (me😭) you should get a paddle brush it doesn't hurt so much as brush. And lastly stretch out your hair at least every month or so to see how much your hair grows and make changes to have healthy and long hair.🫶
Please add 'depending on your hair type'. It really does. I cannot towel dry my hair, it gets oily in *less than an hour*. Been blowdrying for 30+ years and the only problem I have is eczema (which I've had before I had hair LMAO-)
Damn, lucky ;-; Anyway here's an easy oatmeal recipe Oatmeal Ingredients: - Oats - 1 cup - Milk - 2.5 cups - Sugar - 1 table spoon - Pinch of salt - Butter (optional) (For the weightment, a 250 ml cup was used) 1. Prepare the ingredients 2. Pour milk into a pot/saucepan. Add milk and sugar. Turn on the heat to warm up the milk 3. Add oats into saucepan with milk. 4. Boil and stir constantly on small-medium heat. Cook for minutes which are indicated on the package of oats. 5. When the oatmeal is cooked, turn off the heat. Consistency of the oatmeal should be thick. Add a slice of butter and stir it pretty well. And now, for the oatmeal to be soft and airy, stir it till it becomes warm. (It's impossible to eat it hot, yknow) Your oatmeal is done! You can add any toppings you like to it. Fruits, chocolates... Whenever you like. I like to add blueberries and bananas in mine. Have a gud meal :3
Do any of these actually work for hair regrowth? I lost half of the hair on my head due to my autoimmune disease and am trying to grow it back. I feel like all the scalp oiling and stuff would just make me look greasy 24/7
The only thing I’ve heard actual good info about is rosemary oil and castor oil. But you can buy specific things with those oils in like shampoo, conditioner, hair masks etc. A scalp massage with your fingers for just ten minutes every day could really help too, but if all else fails- there are prescription products that boost hair growth
@@calling_miss_gaby1292 Never sleep with oil in your hair!! Thats so bad for it, you can look up the disadvantages of doing it, the best thing to do is to wash it out before bed
guys it's mainly genetics too and the type of hair texture you have. i do quite tight styles on my hair (though i do have rest days) and dont oil it everyday and my hair still grows. of course if it doesnt, then go for it but stress and diet can also go into it
Y’all…..don’t use masks/conditioners or anything that has to go after shampoo. Shampoo has sulfates and they definitely remove everything you put in the hair before, So putting anything before shampoo(unless it’s meant to be put on before) is useless.
I went to school for cosmetology, shampoo does remove what you pit in your hair and the natural sebum (oil) that your scalp produces, without that sebum your hair becomes dry and frizzy, conditioner and other moisturizing products temporarily replace some of those oils while your hair replenishes, unless you want dry ends and oily roots then you should use some sort of moisturizer such as conditioner or a mask
Because of Indian hair routine methods, I oil my hair before shampooing so the scalp can get the nutrients it needs. But tht's about it. But after the shampooing is a big story especially because I have 3B curly hair.
your very correct, you can also get a scalp oil but find one that suits your hair so you dont get one that your hair cant soak up (depending on thickness or density of your hair)
I have long and thick wavy hair (I’m desi 😏) it’s also shinyish so here’s my hair care routine! Pre shower: castor oil blend - $2 Mielle rosemary mint hair mask - $10 Shower: Mielle rosemary mint sugar scrub - $10 Mielle rosemary mint shampoo - $10 Pantene moisture renewal conditioner - $6 Usually I’m too lazy to do a post shower routine but occasionally I’ll put in some leave in conditioner/curl cream 😗 And that’s it! I also trim it every couple of months ☺️☺️
If you want to get rid of dandriff get rid of the scalp scrubber because its to harsh even tho its silicone. It is also making it worse. Hope this helps

-I would advise you to either double shampoo your roots every 3-5 days. (Optional)
-Condition from your hair to tips, or just the ends, but never condition your roots.
(Coconut and Rosemary are your best friends)
-I would recommend sleeping in a loose ponytail, or a loose braid (braid is recommended for those who have extremely long hair)
-When styling your hair, try not to put it too tight. (Putting your hair into tight hairstyles can actually damage it.)
-Hydrate! Always remember to drink water
‼️-But the most important part is to have a healthy balance diet.
ur hair is taller than me 💀

How to have good hair?
Step1:Be Rich
the underated comment
No
reminder: you dont need all this, you are gorgeous!!
edit: what i mean by this, is you dont need a fifteen step routine, just maintain your hygiene!
edit 2: guys, this is a positive comment, why do people have to argue with me in the comments? please stop :)
You actually dont need all of this but it’s good to take care of yourself and be healthy so you kinda need to take care of your hair!
You might not need all of this but dont discourage self care lol
You need self care
Your scalp looks so healthy❤️😍
Just to let you know you could also use a scalp massager instead of the high frequency tool
Girl i have 3
Shampoo
Conditioner
Detangling brush
That's all you need
Yep, that's what I have too. Occasionally when I have the energy (or really patience) I use an aloe leaf (I have like 7 aloe plants all throughout my house). The aloe I use like a hair mask, for my dandruff and dry scalp. The routine in the video would take FOREVER, but I do admire her motivation to do all this
Sameee😊
no its not@@danielamorales8353
When u put that shampoo on ur hair looks so fluffy and it’s so satisfying
I really love your videos❤They help me improve and i have the same routine! You inspired me and the results of my hair re-growing and stop being oily are so shocking!
I'm pretty sure that with 15 steps some are unnecessary. Mine consists of five steps, three products and a detangler brush and it works perfectly fine. I also braid my hair daily to prevent unwanted knots.
It's not good to handle or tease your hair too much either.
you have gorgeous natural hair!! You should definitely invest in curly/wavy products ❤❤
I noticed some waves in your hair and don’t want to deep dive to see if you’ve tried a curly hair routine. I’d love to see if you did one ❤❤ I think your hair would look incredible
Your vid’s r satisfying, I can’t!
You have curly hair. . Why don't you try curly hair routine❤
I was just about to say that!
Instead of blow drying, she should be setting her curls. Her hair is wayyy too dry and wayy to product ridden! You don't need these many products! Simple works.
Maybe they don’t want to , maybe they don’t like curly hair ?
Even if they don't you cant get rid of your hair type, and it will probably look really pretty!! (ik she can choose what she wants to do with her hair-)
Maybe because she doesn't want to?
Danggg me and my hair could neverrr 💖
Yes you could, you have to set aside the time to do it

Humidity is good for hair if dry to.
yes!! the best shampoo/conditioner for me has always been kirkland (costco) make, it just depends on the person
how can she even make prime look aesthetic 😭😭
I love your hair routine so much ❤
My hair is pretty much like hers but longer and all i use is cocunut/almond oil and shampoo and conditioner, that too once a week! It is no conpulsion to use these items though they are very aesthetic lol
We are really living in the era of excess consumption and gen z thinks this is appealing and ‘aesthetic’
exactly, also her hair looks so dry and damaged cause she uses so much unnecesary products on it.
@@Azure1_Allena1that’s what I was thinking 🥲
Man, I wish I had the TIME to do this kinda hair routine. You’re lucky I even wash it!😂
my hair's like 3b or 3c idk which one, i just do:
1. wet hair in the shower
2. shampoo (i use garnier's curl nourish) and rinse
3. conditioner (same brand and type), brush it with a comb with a lot of teeth (the brad is cantu) and leave it in while i wash the rest of my body
4. rinse it all out
5. put it in a microfiber hair towel and let it dry like that for half an hour to like...2 hours idk i just leave it in until i feel like taking it out
6. repeat every day or every other day
7. profit
i don't do much lol i don't have the energy or time for that, i still get tons of compliments.
My hair care routine:
1. Detangle
2.shampoo
3. Conditioner
4. Put In a ponytail or bun
And my hair is gorgeous….
**my fifteen step hair routine**
Proceeds to open a pop
Steps to healthy hair! (Worked for me)
(Brush before shower if not)
6. Bye 😌
I have the same routine as u, I have never dyed my hair and never dried my hair with heat but my hair is full of split ends 😭
Can I wash my hair with cold water? I've heard it helps for oily hair like mine (also i am 14 and I just wash my hair 2 times with a shampoo for oily hair and then with volume conditioner. I wait like 1-2 minutes and then wash. After that I just use hair dryer and a hair brush like in the video, the one with more spikes (also sorry for my English and explanation but I would be happy if you give me some advices, thank you) ❤
Edited: Also I wash my oily hair every 1-2 days.
Ayyy all of us have hair lice
@mr.alpha_6164 Cold showers I think are body related and not so much hair. But maybe! Sorry, I'm not sure about that, but I heard it's very good for you but very challenging. The way you're doing your hair now is great. Make sure not to brush it constantly since it makes your hair greasy. Also, clean out the hair from your hairbrush or just clean it generally! Hair unfortunately gets greasier more often as we get older, but rn I think you're doing great! +Your eglish is fine and clear to understand :D
Edit: Wash your hair every 2 days. Washing it every day makes it oily/greasy. *dont use conditioner on roots (top of head) or if needed change hair products!*

Girl has an aesthetic LIFE.✋️😔
Better for boys just wash and go still better than girls 😂
Your hair is so pretty! Id love to see what it looks like styled naturally with curly/wavy products
love your videos
For me I have healthy hair and all you need to do is keep your hair clean and make sure the scalp is really clean because you don't want oil to build up. Don't use so many products because it will build up in your scalp. Add some hair oil to the scalp it will make your scalp feel good and its good for your hair just not too much. For people that are tender head (me😭) you should get a paddle brush it doesn't hurt so much as brush. And lastly stretch out your hair at least every month or so to see how much your hair grows and make changes to have healthy and long hair.🫶
Oiling shampoo and conditioner 3 steps enough
Oh the sounds!! You nailed this one! The layered sounds + visuals are so satisfying!!! 🤍
@Mattrandon needs to see this😂😂
The fact that my hair is shiny and healty without any expensive products is crazy,i only use shampoo and conditioner
Your hair is beautiful!❤
A tip: Try to blow dry your hair as little as you can as it can damage your hair!
Please add 'depending on your hair type'. It really does. I cannot towel dry my hair, it gets oily in *less than an hour*. Been blowdrying for 30+ years and the only problem I have is eczema (which I've had before I had hair LMAO-)
Damn, lucky ;-;
Anyway here's an easy oatmeal recipe
Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- Oats - 1 cup
- Milk - 2.5 cups
- Sugar - 1 table spoon
- Pinch of salt
- Butter (optional)
(For the weightment, a 250 ml cup was used)
1. Prepare the ingredients
2. Pour milk into a pot/saucepan. Add milk and sugar. Turn on the heat to warm up the milk
(It's impossible to eat it hot, yknow)
Your oatmeal is done! You can add any toppings you like to it. Fruits, chocolates... Whenever you like. I like to add blueberries and bananas in mine. Have a gud meal :3
As someone who has actually silky hair, I only use shampoo and condition and only wash my hair 3 times a week (Shower every day though)

wait what's the point of putting scalp oil and rosemary oil and stuff on ur hair if ur just gonna shower it out?
Its mixing with the natural grease on your hair and lifts it so in the end your scalp is protected from dehydration and gets cleaner at the same time

Shampoo
Conditioner
Do any of these actually work for hair regrowth? I lost half of the hair on my head due to my autoimmune disease and am trying to grow it back. I feel like all the scalp oiling and stuff would just make me look greasy 24/7
You let the oils sit in your hair for an hour or even just overnight and then wash it out.
@@Azure1_Allena1 To each their own… Works for me.✌🏽
guys it's mainly genetics too and the type of hair texture you have. i do quite tight styles on my hair (though i do have rest days) and dont oil it everyday and my hair still grows. of course if it doesnt, then go for it but stress and diet can also go into it

Sooooooooooo aesthetic ✨️ 👌 😍 💕 💖 💛 ✨️
girl, your hair is hairing and especially the asmr its asmr-ing😭
Y’all…..don’t use masks/conditioners or anything that has to go after shampoo. Shampoo has sulfates and they definitely remove everything you put in the hair before, So putting anything before shampoo(unless it’s meant to be put on before) is useless.
I went to school for cosmetology, shampoo does remove what you pit in your hair and the natural sebum (oil) that your scalp produces, without that sebum your hair becomes dry and frizzy, conditioner and other moisturizing products temporarily replace some of those oils while your hair replenishes, unless you want dry ends and oily roots then you should use some sort of moisturizer such as conditioner or a mask
shampoo is a scam
Because of Indian hair routine methods, I oil my hair before shampooing so the scalp can get the nutrients it needs. But tht's about it. But after the shampooing is a big story especially because I have 3B curly hair.
@@threecheersforsweetcheesew3231 I use leave-in conditioner and hair cream as I have curly hair... should I use a hair mask too?
