- This kit is Blitz by Takom 8003 upgraded with Atak Model resin Zimmerit, Aber gun barrel, Master Model MG 42 and Eureka XXL towing cables. Today you can check how I dealt with painting the basic color and details on the beast with Porsche suspension!!!
Jägermeister is coming! :)
Jagdtiger was the heaviest armored fighting vehicle (AFV) produced and used during WW2 by any nation. Armed with a 128 mm Pak 44 L/55 could destroy any Allied vehicle. 150 were ordered but only around 80 were produced. It saw service from late 1944 until the end of the war on both the Western and Eastern Front. The enormous weight and underpower caused plague of poor mobility and lots of mechanical problems.

Superb. Excellently finished !!! Thank you for sharing. Greetings, NOB from Japan
Thank you! Cheers! :)
An outstanding result with painting, stowage, and tarps Lukasz! You do a great job painting the tools and accessories while in place, and this is something I struggle with, because at 70 years old I have trouble with shaky hands. I resort to placing some paper under tools, etc., and this way I get the job done without the need to go back and touch up the base paint job (mostly anyway). It is still a ‘shaky’ job, but I am getting better at it. Your videos have given me some great ideas to improve my modelling, and I thank you for that my friend. Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺!
Again , massive thx for you Gary for your great comment! I really appreciate it! I always try to do my best to show my work and Im really glad you find it useful in your modelling! cheers! :)
Absolutely beautiful!! By far the best modeler on you tube!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Thx Mike! Please join my Patreon if you can! :)
Only recently found your channel and I'm learning so much! Cheers from the UK.
Im really happy you are here mate! :)
You can use a drop on gloss varnish to prevent pain paint flowing under the tape
Thx for this tip! :)

best respect for this video is the time u made for your kid. Enjoy it before u know it they grow up too fast. Looks like a nice place to fish
Indeed, there is no problem with fishing. I have a lot of lakes in my area :)
The Jagdtiger is looking great, I enjoyed the video.
Thx mate! :)
Very good techniques to bring life and interest to a single color vehicle. I'm working on an early Stug G that I am considering doing in dar,k yellow only and your work will aid me quite a bit. Looking forward to your next video.
Best of luck! :)
Very nice build sir. Just subscribed.
Thank you very much! You can also check my Patreon to see more on this project and on other ones! :)
looking good
Thanks 👍 :)
Great Video. The tarps and stowage look great. Nice to see you brush paint so many of the details on the model. Love the pattern on the blanket and the jack came out great.
Thx a lot mate! :)
Now the crew cant get in or out - only driver and machine gunner hatches are free.
@@luikausvuoon1939 The vehicle is in "stand by" status so the crew is out and they drink beer. So if needed they would make the hatches uncovered. :)
@@coldemonspl Well that's fine then :)
@@luikausvuoon1939 thx :)
Awesome build and well explained, i look forward to its finish. Although I think you have made a mistake with the stowage on the rear deck as there is no access for the crew!
Thanks! And its not a mistake. I decided to make the model in stand-by position. No crew, no action at all. Just standing and waiting for orders. But on the other hand you have right. It shouldn't be there but for the model appearance I decided to make it as it is. Hope Ive explained my point a bit? :)
Super!!!!!
Many thanks!! :)
Looks great! I like the stowage, but I do question the tarp on the roof… wouldn’t this decrease visibility on an already low visibility tank? It would be really difficult for the commander to see anything, and the engine deck boxes prevent any chance of escape.m
Just wondering, not saying you can’t have it there.
Nice work!
Not a big fan of it either, but I guess the tank could be getting ready for transport or a cold night...
Got the same thinking...as Pikilloification said, covering for the transport would be fine...but this definitely isn't a combat setup, commander would be completely blind.
Anyway, Lukasz - another very nice and inspiring video, looking forward for weathering... ✌
Guys, not all models may represent battle-ready vehicles. Here is the stand-by configuration, i.e. without crew, standing and waiting for orders. The tarpaulin on the roof was folded very often in such situations. So there is no crew inside to suffer from lack of visibility. I hope that explains why there's a tarp. :)
Steller work
:):):)
🤩mega. Really cool. Mega model and all the details on the tank. And that you always paint it completely with tank chain. Insane
One question. Do the Ak colours dry matt???
With kind regards Olli
Have a good day 🤘🏻
Yes, they do! :) thank you for your comment! :)
Looking good!! I don't know about the camo net? I've got the same kit with Atak zimm on it, maybe I'll finish it, looking at yours!
Next episode will be about the camo net. Stay tuned! :)
Great work
Do you have info about your magnet model holder...super tool.
Keep the superb work
Thx! Magnet holder is from RP Toolz. You need to check their website. :)
@@coldemonspl thanks...your the best
@@jeangariepy3452 many thx! please check my Patreon! :)
You always cover the air intake with camouflage net or tarpulin: what do you think can happen to the tank engine in that condition?
I think you've mistaken me for someone else. I very rarely cover the fans in any way because I know that it would have a bad effect on the operation of the engine. :)
Świetnie te plandeki ogarnąłeś. Mega efekt. Jak oceniasz drybrush od army painter?
Dzięki! A pędzle... Musze jeszzcze niumi popracować żeby móc ocenić.
Great video! How does the green stuff tarp actually stick to the model? (only 4mins in so apologies if you cover this later!)
Thx mate! The tarp stuck to the surface by itself and additionally the folds of the material also held it in place. But to be sure, I glued them at the end with a few kings of super glue. :)
Beautiful work how long does a model like that take you to complete
Depends but this one should be finished in 3 weeks. :)
Hi, I dont understand placement of tarp. In this location there will be big problem for crue to see outside and go in - out of tank and they will be unable to shoot - location of scope ...
Well, in this configuration the model shows a vehilce in stand by status. Not in the battle or service. Just staying, without the crew and waiting for orders. Now its appearance is clear I hope? :)
@@coldemonsplOk I understand, but i have never seen this, only with masking nets whitch were perforated and maintained quick entry. Even on tanks on railway transport.
@@milannes1574 its just a kit and it needs to look interesting and provoke to discussikn. I think it does the job ;)
