  • Momos are a type of dumpling native to the Himalayan region, particularly popular in Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, and parts of India. They are typically made with a simple flour dough and filled with a variety of ingredients, such as ground meat (often chicken, pork, or beef), vegetables, cheese, or even a combination of these.
    Ingredients:
    For dough-
    Refined Flour-1 cup (200 gm)
    Water
    For Stuffing-
    Cabbage-2 cup
    Carrot-1 cup
    Capsicum-1/2 cup
    Onion - 1
    Butter-2 tbsp
    Ginger and Garlic- 2 tbsp
    Green Chilli-3-4
    Salt-to taste
    Black Pepper-little bit
    For Sauce-
    Tomato- 2
    Whole Kashmiri Red Chilli - 4
    Garlic Cloves- 8-10 nos
    Salt-1/4 tsp
    Black Pepper-little bit
    Tomato Ketchup-2 tbsp
    Sugar-1 tsp
