Ideally wouldn't like to say this on this occasion however most Parsis earned their fortune by hobnobbing with the Brits whereas ordinary Indians like Bhagat Singh, C Azad had to loose their lives due their anti British stand. It's reality🤷🏼♂️, sad reality though😌

Tatas and BIrlas were leaders in industry and commerce in 60s and 70s. Tatas chose professional management style while BIrlas adopted family management. As a consequence BIrlas could not flourish as Tatas and only Aditya Birla group adopted professional management and they sustained and progressed and others just faded away from the scene.
You can never understand the range of mindset a poineer has which can scale all around to see the what upgrading can bring a positive change in the present situation.
