Fall in love with the process
Mastery is the process of narrowing your focus to a tiny element of success, repeating it until you have internalized the skill, and then using this new habit as the foundation to advance to the next frontier of your development. Your habbit ladder was mindopening

I've started reading "The 7 Habits of highly effective people" book and although I have only read the foreword so far, I would appreciate a video on how to apply that book for me and readers of the book to watch :)

Building good habits takes a super long time, which can be discouraging if you’re not prepared for the journey.
I spent last year creating a foundation by working on my sleep, diet, and exercise.
Now I’m getting more advanced with my skincare and planning

Basically remove distractions and try to do “deep work” for like 3-4 hours a day.
He talks about scheduling when to check emails and notifications so you can do more focused and impactful work
