From the video, IMHO, it doesn’t automatically follow that it was ‘someone’ interfering (‘though it could be!) I’ve heard similar that we traced to ‘street furniture’ such as traffic-light control boxes kicking out QRM.
Yeah, in this day and age of digital com's, interference it could come from many sources.
