In Rocky V, Mickey said, "Fear is like a fire". I read Fire and Fear: The Inside Story of Mike Tyson. Cus D'Amato said that. If you ask Stallone, how did he come up with that insight? He would say, he ripped it off Cus D'Amato. Stallone admits he pretends to be Chuck Wepner. Sometimes he forgets that.
It's like Marcus Aurelius, his notes were turned into a book, many times over. None the less, the old book is good and it may have brung Bruce Lee's fans a little closer to him. Good vid. 👍😎👍
I saw clip of Bruce Lee saying something about the art of dying, or learning to accept death. I read the Book of Five Rings. It sounds like he paraphrased from the The Book of Five Rings. Did he give the impression that he said it himself? Of course he did. He didn't say, Musashi said . . . HOW did he come up with such an insight? Only soldiers in real wars came up with such an insight. He's famous for saying, "Be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water in a cup it becomes the cup, you put water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot . . ." HOW did he come up with that insight? How? Did anybody ask how? Did he ever explain how he came up with that insight? That's because he ripped off someone else's words and passed it off as his own.
"Be like water." - supposedly by Bruce Lee. How did he come up with that insight? I read in the book The Art of Peace by Aikido's founder. He talked about water. Water always knows the easiest way to go downhill.
That is what an actor does. He speaks the words of someone else. He pretends to be someone else. Bruce Lee was an actor. But he "got high on his own supply" and forgot that the was an actor, a pretender.
Bruce NEVER published the Tao of JKD, it was simply a collection of his notes. He would have never even called his book that, because the name is stupid. Dao means the way, so the book is called The Way of The Way of the Intercepting Fist?! Who tf came up with that?!!
At last. Some brave man came out to defend a dead man’s private notes. Thank you.

@@chriskentjeetkunedo123 I know you were there and you know that, but others weren't there and don't know that's why I mentioned it.
I understand your point now. Thanks for the good comments
