Yawning Grave is my favorite Lord Huron song. They rarely ever play it live, and I was told so many times that it wouldn't happen. I saw the presumed setlist & was so gutted because they didn't play it the night before so I knew I had no chance of hearing it during the second show. When I heard the first couple notes, I literally fell to my knees. I felt like they were playing it just for me. My fiancé had just proposed before the show and had his arms around me while they performed this. I will never forget this moment for the rest of my life.
dude, that’s amazing. I know this feeling. in 2018 I fell so deeply in love with The Stranger. I listened to it on repeat for weeks. it’s a song that, at the time, was NEVER played and was really the deepest of cuts in their discography so I had no hope of hearing it going into their show in stl. they played an amazing set, left the stage and then came back out for an encore. when I heard the first few notes to The Stranger, I was in complete disbelief. it was an incredibly special moment and it felt so personal. I’ll never forget it. core memory.
Thanks for posting this! I went to night one and these are two of my faves. I’ve yet to hear them live but this is awesome - and them being back to back like this.

GIRL!!!!! Same! As soon as I heard the first few notes I started bawling.
Were you all in row 10? Pretty sure you were sitting next to us or you have a twin. These two songs were definitely my favorite of the show!

I was just glad it didn't get canceled
So beautiful ❤
I absolutely adore this song. It's ethereal, atmospheric, a lyrical story, a warning, and it's totally chilling. I love it ❤
I asked for this. Still havent fully accepted they actually did it. ❤
I asked for moon song, someone is watching us 🥹😲
