Like most towns around Toronto … a nice but tiny downtown where most of the small local shops have been replaced by chains like Timmies etc, no bike lane infrastructure at all.
Exclusive but small and limited old neighborhoods with nice homes that most ppl will never be able to afford.
Malls, highways, condos ….

Downtown Markham isn't in Unionville. It's several km's away and was built on a greenfield site.
