I just bought these and they came in the mail yesterday. Didn’t try them in pool yet. Good to know suction cups don’t work lol. But with the magnet how did you get that to work??
Very cool lights for the pool. I like that you could change the color of the lights. Great review. (nice pool) have fun. Have a nice rest of the weekend.
It’s really simple. I bought strong magnets from my local hardware store. They are maybe 1”x1 1/2”. Just hold the light where you want it inside the pool and then take the magnet on the outside of the pool and line it up to the light it will hold it. 👍🏼
I haven't done this but eveyone is asking about the magnets ... i can only assume that they are using the metal rebar inside pool walls when it was built .. you would just need to super glue the magnet on back of light fixtures.. but a good strong magnet 🧲
This set has small magnets built in, I just bought small but heavy duty magnets from my local Ace hardware. I hold the light on the side of the pool with a magnet on the outside of the liner
These look incredible, I thought they were a joke at first. However, two of them fell off the vinyl liner inground pool wall the next day. Should be a better way to attach or have brackets to hang from edge of pool down into water I ordered bigger suction cups to try those but I may be designing a wire bracket that will cup the lights while attaching to the existing pool cover screws that are already in the cement decking
Hi your video is a great demonstration of these lights by loftek! I do have a question i saw that the suction cups are 25mm do you think 50mm suction cups would work better?
Your children are champs.hanging with Dad. Did How do you attach the magnets to the Pool? I listened again. I'll purchase the Magnets separately. Thank you great review.
I have a good question. We’re setting up our pool again this summer and I was wondering is it better to set the lights up before you fill the pool or after you fill up the pool?
Great review, I really like those lights, great addition to the pool. We like the set up you have going on as well, the pool, the lights, the deck. Do you have a room for rent and we could make that a vacation spot.
The lights have small magnets in the back, so all I did was put my square magnets on the outside of the pool and the lights in the inside. The magnet is strong enough to hold the lights up through the liner.
I went to my local Ace hardware and bought four separate magnets. I put the lights on the inside of the pool in the magnets on the outside of the liner
So far they are working great I just make sure to remove them from the pool after every use. I bought them early last year and they are still going strong
Couple questions do you still have these lights and how do you feel about them now that you’ve had them for a while do they definitely sink to the bottom and did you say each one needs three AA batteries?
Any updates after a year's use? Are these throw-away lights or how long do you think they will last? Your video prompted me to buy these. I bought 8 for my IN GROUND pool.
Still going strong, I haven’t had to change batteries this season yet, And we have used them quite a bit. 👍 After this summer they will be 2 full seasons old. Just to make them last longer I also store them inside when I’m not using them
he has an above ground pool. He puts a magnet on the outside of the pool wall, and a magnet on the back of the light. It's really not that complicated.
From the outside, put the magnet on the outside of the wall and the light on the inside. As long as the magnet is strong enough it will go through the wall lining
Thank you for the review.
I purchased 3 sets and attached them directly to the metal poles without the need of suction cups nor magnets.
That’s awesome, they are great lights
I just bought these and they came in the mail yesterday. Didn’t try them in pool yet. Good to know suction cups don’t work lol. But with the magnet how did you get that to work??
Great lights sure are less work than built ins.💯
Green & blue is great 👍🏽 luv it I’m get one for my pool 🏊♀️ soon
Yes those are by far my favorite colors

Thank you Laura we really enjoyed the pool this weekend
@@LifeLessOrdinary Have a nice Memorial Day!🙂
You should make a video how you put the magnets on the light and in the pool

Thank you but I was just suggesting you make a video because everybody was asking you how you did it thank you again
I got ya, 👍🏼

This set has small magnets built in, I just bought small but heavy duty magnets from my local Ace hardware. I hold the light on the side of the pool with a magnet on the outside of the liner
How did you get the magnet to stick on the side of the pool
It’s held up by the magnet on the back of the light.
How would you use magnets for an in ground pool?
These look incredible, I thought they were a joke at first. However, two of them fell off the vinyl liner inground pool wall the next day. Should be a better way to attach or have brackets to hang from edge of pool down into water I ordered bigger suction cups to try those but I may be designing a wire bracket that will cup the lights while attaching to the existing pool cover screws that are already in the cement decking
Yeah the suction cups are horrible I end up using magnets and they work great
@@LifeLessOrdinary which magnets did you use?
I just bought some square mags from my local ace hardware. They are about 1”x 1.5” they work great
@@LifeLessOrdinary how did you stick the magnets on the pool wall?
Hold the light on the inside of the pool and the magnet will hold on to it
I bought these too due to your video but the suction cups don’t work and I have a concrete pool so I’m worried!
Correct that’s why I said in the video the suction cups do not work.
How did you keep the light from rusting the side of your pool
I don’t keep them in the pool, I only put them in when we have a night swim
Love this vid looking for pool lights these look great thank you for helping me choose!
Thank you for the comment I love the lights

Hi your video is a great demonstration of these lights by loftek! I do have a question i saw that the suction cups are 25mm do you think 50mm suction cups would work better?
That’s very possible yes, let me know if you try it.
Your children are champs.hanging with Dad. Did How do you attach the magnets to the Pool? I listened again. I'll purchase the Magnets separately.
Thank you great review.
Yeah just hold the magnet on the outside and move the light to it on the inside
@@LifeLessOrdinary great going to make the purchase. Thanks
Used mine last night 👍
Can it be installed on a fiberglass pool?
As long as you have a strong enough magnet to use because the suction cups are not strong enough
Cool lights always fun to see y'alls videos
Thank you brother
How long does the battery last?
Hard to say I don’t run them all the time, and so far this season they still work on one set of batteries
How do the magnets stick to the tile on the pool?
They only work on a intex type pool not a concrete pool
do i need all 4 to glow a round 15ft pool like yours or can i just use 1
I cannot get mine to stay stuck. Any suggestions? And they want to float.
I use magnets, the suction cups are horrible
PLEASE EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT U DID TO MAKE THE MAGNET WORK. DID U STICK IT TO THE BACK OR TO THE POOL? EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW?????????????
Same here
I bought a small but strong magnet from my local ace hardware. I put the magnet on the outside and the light on the inside under the water.
What magnet did you use
Just some square sized ones I found at my local Ace
Hello how are the lights holding up? Do you keep them in your pool or take out after each use?
They seem to be doing great, I take them out when I’m not using them. I just figure they will last longer that way.
Thanks for the quick reply:)
Your very welcome
Quick question how long couple of those doble A batteries last more or less. Thank you I really like those led light thank you for sharing
Mine have lasted for three months now and still going. But then again we don’t really do a ton of night time swimming
Will these work for steel frame vinyl lined pools? Will the magnets be drawn to the steel?
Absolutely
I have a good question. We’re setting up our pool again this summer and I was wondering is it better to set the lights up before you fill the pool or after you fill up the pool?
I would fill the pool first personally, but if you use magnets it really won’t matter either way
@@LifeLessOrdinary awesome! Thank You!
Great review, I really like those lights, great addition to the pool. We like the set up you have going on as well, the pool, the lights, the deck. Do you have a room for rent and we could make that a vacation spot.
Come on over Jeff, we always will have room for you my friend
Nice review! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you
hello can I ask how did you paste the led lights to the pool? aside from the suction cup how did you magnet it??
The lights have small magnets in the back, so all I did was put my square magnets on the outside of the pool and the lights in the inside. The magnet is strong enough to hold the lights up through the liner.
Great review
But i have the same question as many ppl here... how did you use the magnets?
I went to my local Ace hardware and bought four separate magnets. I put the lights on the inside of the pool in the magnets on the outside of the liner
Thanks
FYI the magnets I got were small maybe 1” x 1” but they were heavy duty
They great and powerful but won’t stay on the liner
No the suction cups suck, that’s why I use strong magnets
so u just put magnets on them and they stuck to the pool wall? is that what i should do?
you wouldn't, unless you attached a piece of metal to your pool wall (glue?) and the magnet to the back of the light.
I put the magnet on the outside of the pool and the light on the inside, my intex pool liner is thin enough that the magnet worked great.
I bought two packs the remotes now only work for one set .?? 🤦🏻♂️
Contact the company let them know
Hey great video, what was the durability like on these, have they lasted for you this long?
So far they are working great I just make sure to remove them from the pool after every use. I bought them early last year and they are still going strong
@@LifeLessOrdinary awesome news, my set should be coming in any day, thanks for the review!
Let me how they work
Couple questions do you still have these lights and how do you feel about them now that you’ve had them for a while do they definitely sink to the bottom and did you say each one needs three AA batteries?
Yes I still have them they work great. I bought some magnets and those work great. And yes they use AA batteries. 👍
Is this a in round pool or latex
How do the magnets work???
They work perfectly, just make sure they are good and strong
Any updates after a year's use? Are these throw-away lights or how long do you think they will last? Your video prompted me to buy these. I bought 8 for my IN GROUND pool.

@@LifeLessOrdinary Awesome, thanks!
did you just use a water seal to paste the led in on the pool?
No I use the magnets
@@LifeLessOrdinary how can you use the magnets if it is a big pool? not the small one
What kind of pool do you have ?
@@LifeLessOrdinary a big pool with tiles in it
These lights might not work for that type of pool, the suction cups that come with it are not very good
I don't understand why mine float instead of sinking
That’s odd mine sink
How did you get magnets to stick to tile?
he has an above ground pool. He puts a magnet on the outside of the pool wall, and a magnet on the back of the light. It's really not that complicated.
these are the exact same ones i have
Can I try this remote? NOOO I got it. Dad of the year.....
Five Below has these for $5 each Florida 🌞
They work really good for the money
Thanks queen
The suction cups are horrible. They fall off after a few minutes
Yeah I don’t use them
neet light set
Sending a signal through the water is going to take a lot. Having to be close to them while they are underwater seems beyond reasonable.
How do you use magnets on underground lol? You clearly have above ground cheaply pool?
I have an above ground pool but it damn sure ain't cheaply. Smh
Why would you say cheaply??
A pool ...is pool fool
your pool is underground? Wow, you must be super cool! Pictures please.
I wouldn’t be talkin @Wise Owl bc you name doesn’t even match your self. You aren’t wise bro. Calm down if anyone’s cheap it’s you
Yeah suction cups are worthless
How did you make the magnets stick to the pool wall?
Looks like he’s using an above ground pool.
From the outside, put the magnet on the outside of the wall and the light on the inside. As long as the magnet is strong enough it will go through the wall lining
