So this isn't a group really... I mean... well... it is, but not in a standard sense. :D Let me explain. In Poland we have that summer touring music festival, during July and August every week there are concerts in different cities, it's been going since 2010. This festival is called Męskie Granie. Concerts are played by various artists playing their own music, but also every year they organise a supergroup consisting of few popular artist and that supergroup plays covers of other artists' songs and also they record one new song, so called anthem of the festival for the year. The song that you reacted to was the anthem of Męskie Granie festival in 2018. That supergroup is called Męskie Granie Orkiestra, every year there are different artist in it, though some were in it more than once. So it is a group, but not a stable one. If you'd like to react to some other anthems here are few I'd suggest. I see that others in the comments have explained what this 'band' is. The first artist is Dawid Podsiadło, the second on the piano is Kortez, and with guitar is Krzysztof Zalewski. I recommend a video ua-cam.com/video/H6KiRW5e8Sw/v-deo.html with Dawid and Artur Rojek, who is his childhood idol, you could say and they sing one of Artur's greatest hits
Fun fact: the whole clip was recorded as one single master shot and, as if it wasn't hard enough in itself, the music was played live on set 🤯
