Thank you so much for the method but my converted Decimal Degrees gets messed up when I try to delete the cells. Can you please tell me how to delete the remaining cells (DMS) digits without compromising on DD's.
Copy and paste your DD's into a new column; when you copy and paste, use the "paste values" icon (the clipboard with 123 on it under "Paste Options") which will paste just the number and not the formulas. You can then delete all the other columns that you don't need.
