This box was a strong 10/10! Quality of items was SO GOOD. Everything was really to my taste too so I’m thrilled. Agree with your comments on the book cover - have they changed printers/suppliers cuz it felt different? But I love the customisations they made. Very impressed - I think they won this month which hasn’t happened for a long time! 😮❤

I think the theme was very well shown in the items, the quality of them is extraordinary, the plates are GORGEOUS! and the TBR cards sound very fun; I agree with you, that is a content generator for days! Also the book, as you said the dust jacket is just okay, but the naked book is so so lovely! So far, the best box of this year.

I opened this box and thought 'I bet Ness will love this'. Glad it was a successful box for you. It might be the only box where I genuinely will use all of the items, I love the customisation on the edition and I'm excited to read the book. I usually get one or two of those boxes ticked, not all three. I only resubscribed before the August box and I'm so glad I did... but they've set the bar high. Fingers crossed this level of quality continues and I don't end up having to cancel again shortly
I've been so hoping for useable items like plates so i am beyond happy!! Everything about this box is amazing, what a great september from both boxes (but IC is winning with those plates!! hope the international shipping issue is resolved soon though!) Im so excited to read this book and i LOVE this edition! I actually really liked the US cover so im glad the naked hardback design is similar on the back. And i love the colour change as im not a fan of the usual cream UK edition. The edges are soooo pretty even if they are screaming gallant haha (actually would be perfect for a book I read recently "the death house").
@@Wanderness Yes i would LOVE more plates or bowls!! And can you imagine if they did collectible spoons?!?! like the ones with the enamel handles. It feels like a very adult box which is so nice!!

I hate that it always takes me like two weeks longer to get mine. Both IC and FL look great this month. I already have both books, but they look like lovely editions, so I don’t mind.
When I was opening everything I was saying “omg I love it, wait I actually love this, and this I love this!’ 😝 I know I’ll be somewhat disappointed in next months because it has the papercraft and teacup/saucer in and I am not a fan 🤭
The quality of the items is definitely good but I’m a bit on the fence about the plates cos they’re too nice to use and with two cats prob dangerous to display. I was very excited for the book but the jacket is a little too fragile for my liking. I get where they were going but really it needs a stronger jacket. That being said I adore the naked hardcover and sprayed edges
I skipped the box because I wasn't interested in the book and the shipping to USA makes it so expensive, but I really like the items in the box so I'm a little sad. The items all year in Illumicrate have been terrible but they stepped it up last month and this month.

The naked hardback is what sold me for this edition too😍 and those stencilled edges! This was my first illumicrate box and I’m not disappointed!

I love those plates! That's an item I'll 100% use. The cards are really fun as well and I love anything I can use for storage. Great box this month.
