CSX 3019 (Fouled K5HL Horn) Hauls Medium Size L303-23 Manifest in Snow | Terrible Weather | 01/23/25

Hello!
The video was recorded on Thursday, January 23rd at 1:42pm. Since the weather wasn’t cooperating, I waited until L303 passed the road prior to the road where I was at to stay warm. The road conditions was horrible as well since I was standing in a foot of snow. After the train passed, I went back to work.
L303-23 @ 13:31 Grand Rapids mark up with the RN Dispatcher with: CSX engines #3019 + #7593 & 67 cars (29 loads + 38 empties) @ 4,961 tons & 4,042 feet long. He’s ready to depart & has work for Lansing - final destination is Detroit.
