Not one of your normal episodes, but i take the time to get a few things off my chest, and reflect on a few things that have been happening over the past few weeks.
I am currently doing Round 3 of the 100 Days of Making Comics Challenge by spending time creating my own comics for at least 30 minutes a day for 100 days to develop a good comic creating habit.
Each day I will vlog about my comic making process, and other art related things in my life!

Sorry to hear you're having a rough time, man. But it sounds like you got a handle on it. I've had to manage chronic depression my whole life, and I always try to remind myself that whatever I'm stressing about now probably won't matter in a year, a month, a week, or even just after a good night's rest. Also, that inner argument you referred to is called "ruminating" or "intrusive thoughts", and it can be difficult to manage sometimes. I find intense exercise helps a lot when it's recurring frequently. In the moment though, something counterintuitive that works really well is to immediately start listing off things you're grateful for (blessings if you like). It essentially fires off the opposite areas of the brain to the areas that are trapping you in a negative loop. Something as basic as being thankful for being alive to experience having a problem in the first place can have a massive impact on what synapses start firing. The more you practice it, the more it happens naturally before the negativity has a chance to really settle in.

Sorry to hear the stress of moving unexpectedly is weighing on you so much: for me being in between places to live touches such a primal fear when things go wrong I can’t think of anything else.
