If this doesn't work for you, like it didn't for me, this was the fix for me: it needs to be plugged into a PC with USB (C). A regular socket or car-charger doesn't do the trick. I finally got mine to factory reset after trying 20 videos!
if it does not work, plug charging usb, put your screen to turn off screen, hold down then off buton, once it turns off, quickly change to up then on bouton, once you have anything on screen appair let the on/off buton and stay hold volume up until you see Samsung
