Enjoy your content. Thanks. Kudos for the weight you're using. 36kg is no joke! I'm slowly bumping up my kettlebell weights...started with 16's, moved up to 20's and now using double 24's for snatchs and clean and presses at 54. 36's seem a long way off though.....
Remember Kettlebell is for muscular endurance. You are not going to build biceps like curls or chest like bench press. But for functional it beats bodybuilding
Great video! Hey bro, if im using 2x24kgs and I'm doing the original armor building complex, how many complexes should I get to before jumping to double 32kgs? I do own a single 32kg which I was using for swings and cleans before I got the 2x24s. I still look at it and still think it's a beast. I haven't touched it since, but I feel like doing double 24kgs will have perhaps given me enough strength to possibly try 2x32kgs in the near future, but when do you think that should be?
KBs are definitely better for overhead pressing because of the way the load is distributed. DBs are better at some things, but I think generally KBs are more versatile. The only thing I can think of that it really sucks at is horizontal pushing. Hypertrophy is relative to the resistance you expose your muscles to so you can achieve it with both KB or DB.
Kettlebells are inferior to dumbbells in every way, but some folks drank the kool-aid and jumped on the Pavel (Dragon Door) bandwagon. Now they find themselves w/ expensive heavy globs, expensive certifications, maybe a business built around this stupidity. What would any good red blood human do? Double down! Not own their mistake. Try to make it your fault.
If you cant do it with and 48, dont do it with a lighter weight. It's easy to do weird stuff with lightweight. The basics will build wealth in strength.

Thank you. I'm just keeping myself fit as best as I can so I'm able to keep up with my kids... Keep up the good work!

Kettlebell better than Dumbbells for hypotrophy? I'm going to need a full video on that 🤔
