I've owned this bike for several months. My main complaint is the motor/drive is noisy. It's embarrassing to ride with friends on non-ebikes. Although I feel the Yamaha motors are reliable, they are noisier than other e-bikes I have ridden beside. I found this to be the case on my earlier Yamaha Wabash, but was hoping this new motor model would be quieter. It is somewhat, but sounds still include creaking/rattling, especially when standing, and a whine that often sounds like a mosquito. Yet some days it's quieter than others. If I could only figure out how to make it that way all the time...
