It’s growing on me. However it has a plastic spur already showing a little wear so ordered a Traxxas hardened steel one for £30. Same one as in the XMaxx so should be comfortable dealing with 1/2 the power!!!
@@SnoriRC oh I see and yea for the money I wouldn’t expect plastic gearing 😂. But then a lot of the car is plastic is it not? What electronics is it packing motor and ESC. I always fancied a Traxxas but kinda got well stuck into the MT8 in EXB mode and never looked back. Well apart from a couple of Arrma Typhon TLR tuned ha ha. Latest buy is a DR8 and I’d love to see that rip on your location. Looks rough on the tyres there though???
@@JPBashed It’s a great little spot. NO KERBS!!! It’s ok on tyres not very brutal. Plenty of slip so quite kind on all the rig. I like my XMaxx. So just fancied a mini one. There’s something about them - nicely engineered. Unique designs. I link my phone so can do all end points and stuff on my phone. Clever really. Plastic spur is mean but is literally £6 to swop like for like. Parts are very cheap for all Traxxas.
Love maxx i got two v1 never problems at are of course i got wide maxx put it on they are fun 😊
That's some juicy horse road apples you've got in your thumbnail I almost regret buying a 4k TV.
You’re the first to notice! The original had even more in shot… it amused me at the time!
@@SnoriRC lmao

@@SnoriRC what do you mean half the power and who in their right mind uses plastic for gears!!!!! Bigger metal spur gear?
@@JPBashedYep. Nearly 600 quid and plastic spur! Xmaxx and this share spur and pinion parts. Xmaxx 8S this 4S. Half the power.
