Just beautiful!!!! The Canadian flag, The United States flag showing proudly!!! What a wonderful Bridge!!! Gordie Howe would be so proud and filled with pride.... 💪💪💪💪👏👏👏......
I noticed that yesterday when I was watching the video again. Next time I go I'm going to zoom in on it to get a good look, if its not covered up with roadway already!!
I liked that too. I didn't notice until I was going through my video when I got home. Next time I go I'll get some good zoomed in video of it if it's not covered with roadway yet. Thanks for watching.
Proud of all the worker's involved in this bridge build. It's magnificent statement of a high quality work of art that the world will take notice . 🇺🇸🌉🇨🇦
Many years ago I was fortunate to sail under the older bridge that connects our two wonderful countries. This latest span demonstrates the latest in bridge construction and is superbly illustrated by the skillful use of drones to further enhance the monumental scale of this iconic and outstanding edifice as it most basic and most entertaining tribute to the creative genius of those responsible for such an immense and gravity defying superstructure.
Glad to see the other trades at work, pouring the curbs and sidewalks (?), hits off to the carpenters, laboures, rod busters and cement finishers! There is still over a years worth of work to be done before opening, well done everyone!!!!
Watching this bridge being built has been mesmerizing. I don't have family in Michigan anymore, but I still want to make the drive up to see this and cross it when it's done.
That's one monstrous bridge! I paid a visit to the New River Gorge Bridge in West Virginia a couple of weeks ago and I could not believe how huge it was...this one must be truly epic in person. Very interesting to see it being built. I am looking forward to see the new Key Bridge built here in Baltimore in the future. Won't be as big as this one, but will still be neat to watch it come together.
Two things that I noticed with this video. First the bridge deck has a huge crown it in just like a regular road. Second is the a 2nd tree was installed and it is a different species, most likely a type that would be seen in northern Canada. As a last note, it appears that there is one last section on the Canadian side that still need a couple of small stiffner ibeams. Time will tell 😊
Connected!!! Cool. That I beam roadbed grid with bolted plates looks strong as hell. But I can't get over how wimpy the towers look. But what do I know.
Man was made in God’s image. That’s why he is so different than all the other animals. Man is so wonderfully designed to be able to build this amazing bridge!
Great to see this coming to completion - well at least the superstructure. Did you take any videos of them placing the floor panels at any stage of the build as the last video showed the beams installed but no "floor"?
Custom officials are on-site for the U.S. and Canada. Maybe, after the initial clearance of a worker, they are given an ID card so that they don't have to have their passport. Just a guess.

It is beautiful!! Thank you for watching.
I was fortunate enough to meet Gordy face to face at Prevo's grocery store in Traverse City, Michigan and get his autograph.
@@dizzotizzo69 A very down to earth guy....
@@dizzotizzo69 Very lucky to meet him. Traverse City is beautiful...
Awesome the the center girder looks to be filled with signatures of the crew.

Bridge workers are all heroes, even we live in Maryland, thanks very much!
Thank you very much for watching, more coming soon.
It's a work of art . Just think, even if you were born today, this bridge will be standing long after you pass on !!
I don't know anything about bridge building but they seem to be doing it right!! Thank you for watching.
I was happy to see that the workers signed their names on one of the beams. Immortalized!

For anyone wondering, the tree is tradition and is brought up on the last piece of steel.
I read that too, "Special ceremony dating back more than 1,000 years!! Thanks for watching.
I did notice that and thought it was funny.

Just seeing it on UA-cam is awesome. In this part of Michigan, you don't see a bridge building like this come along every day.
No you don't!! Thank you for watching.
Amazing!!!
Thanks!! More coming soon.
This is how you do it. No sanctions, tariffs or deportations. Just international cooperation. Go USA.
Go Canada!!!!
It is a very cool project between 2 countries!! Thank you for watching.

Do you know what the finished bridge deck is going to be made of?
They are pre-cast concrete panels. Thanks for watching.
They now have to go through customs everyday even just to work on the bridge cause it’s an international crossing now!
That's what I heard. Very interesting. Thank you for watching.
I wonder if the workers have to carry their pass ports to work on the bridge now that is connected.
