I will try to find the exact recipe but essentially it instructed one to boil the sprouts to almost mush and THEN bake them. (I take Brussels Sprouts very seriously)
I subscribed on the lovely previous video in which you said: I'll be quick... But you don't have to be quick, I love watching what you make this time. In this video you sound stressed too, please don't, take your time to show us what you make.
May I give you a hug? I feel like you just gave me one. I really needed to hear your comment - and I will try to not feel like I have to plow through to the finish. Again, thanks
Hi, just discovered you today and already watched several of your videos. I really enjoy watching, found myself laughing at your Brussel Sprout comment and just love the whole vibe of your channel. Been making these little clips ,myself for a while now but you have a different way which I love and I am going to make some now while I watch some more of your channel. Have a great day
I came to make this very suggestion. I do it all the time because I want to use books that belonged to my parents without destroying them. You can also photocopy fabric. I love incorporating bold, colorful prints into my papercrafting and seeing the threads makes me happy for some reason. I've also reduced some of my mom's old scarves and scatter them through my crafts. This would be a super way to incorporate prints that look cool and vintage to others but for me they bring back a rush of beautiful memories.❤
Hi again, I'm so excited to watch this video on the smaller paper clips. I just love these covered clips, you have taken it to a completely higher elegance and professional level. Thank you.
These are so much fun....I've made a bazillion and they are so fun to decorate too! I've found that I love using .y printable misprints cause they end up looking beautiful....and no waste! TY
I loved this one too Christine! I'll be making a few of these now for sure. I think you have the best video on making these that I've seen. Be well, be safe & TYFS
Hi, I'm new to your channel, 😊, wow these altered paperclips are a fantastic idea, so much nicer than the usual way majority have been making them, so thanks for showing them 😊
I happened upon your shorts and I’m super glad I did because this is absolutely amazing idea! I cannot wait to make some as bookmarks and journal tabs. Thank you so much for sharing 🥰🤗
Yes, my new method is popping up all over the place. Some folks credit the inspiration, others pretend they just invented it which if I'm honest is a little disappointing, but we cant control others,. Only ourselves. A lot is revealed by the generosity of our spirits.
@@sparkbirdstudios Wasn't familiar with Christine M Leung, but went to check out her video and she totally credited you as did Lolly Palooza, whose channel I saw it on initially.
@@doodahgurlie And I'd not yet stumbled on Lolly until today - she has a new fan! Can't wait to explore her videos. I'm sure there are a lot of jewels there. (love her authentic and cheerful vibe)
Just watched both paper clip videos. Love them! 😊 I like that they are so encapsulated and not relying on just glue to hold them. On the ones you added an eyelet to, is the eyelet inside the end loop of the clip?
Hello, I just found you wonderful video, these would be wonderful as gifts to readers, they could use these as a book marks..I am off to my studio to make some.❤️🇨🇦
Great vid. Do you like your corner rounder? I have purchased several and they either don’t cut the corners clean or they are dull. Please let me know. Tks so much. 🙏
hello, just found your channel and bought some things in your Etsy and Ko fi but am having trouble finding the tabs you showed with the week days on them with those cool images, can you direct me to those please and thank you

If the cookbook does not say "dispose of brussel sprouts in a safe and expeditious manner while wearing gloves and a breathing apparatus for your own protection" then anything ELSE is gut wrenching!
So now I am overly curious as to what the cookbook said to do to the Brussels sprouts! Lol
I will try to find the exact recipe but essentially it instructed one to boil the sprouts to almost mush and THEN bake them. (I take Brussels Sprouts very seriously)
@@sparkbirdstudios Ewwww! I love them too, but nice and crunchy!
@@vamps_rock We are Brits and we cook them to mush like our ancestors seemed to. Hubby adds a little sugar too. lol
@@QueenNoTeetha151 Steamed until mushy with lots of butter, salt and pepper, like baby squash...
@@Kayenne54 Oh ok, sounds cool. Haven't tried it that way.
I am literally sitting at my desk making the jumbo size. I love them!
oh dear, I'm going to have to get another box of paper clips! These are so great. Thanks for sharing!
Me too!
and now I'm eyeing off those owl shaped paperclips and wondering...
Thanks for sharing. Also loved the broccoli comment.
You are so welcome! And yeah, we must respect our vegetables. It's not like the 1950s! ;-)
Totally agree that other "hidden paperclip recipes" don't excite me. This method is brilliant. Will do the jumbo paperclips first, then this one. TFS.
Hope you enjoy the journey! You're bound to have more paperclips than any normal person needs!
@@sparkbirdstudios Anyone with this much paper and several different kinds of glue? How bold of you to assume I'm normal ha ha ha..
@@Kayenne54 you make a very valid point. 🤣
Wow! So super easy! Love it!
That is so awesome! Edith sent me ❤
Brilliant ❣️…now I’m off to watch how to do the larger hidden paper clips…thanks ~Sue
great 👍😃
Love these, but REALLY love that you call them sexy! TFS 🤣
Hope you have fun with them!
The girls at Bible study are going to be getting these for Easter..!
I liked how my bigger version turned out, will try the little book page ones today, thanks 😊
I like the larger style in general, but the small ones have potential too!

Thank you so much! And yes, I take Brussels Sprouts VERY seriously...as we all should.
Couldn’t you make a copy of the brittle book pages and use that? Then you’d have the look of the old paper. Love these.
Absolutely could! Great idea

I'm not sure what you mean. Can you be more specific? I can be a little dense 🤣
So quick and easy. Watch Edith make some and I came to see yours.
They are easy aren't they! Addictive even...
Some crafters ink edges to be visible to viewer. Just a useful tip.
Like the one sheet construction!
