Yes, because the world needs to know what happens to abusers who try to hurt people - that there is consequences for legal abuse & tortious interference. Because so many who follow DissociaDID are on healing journeys, Kya & Co's content is educational & the community they have built many are trauma survivors.. Many were not able to access her helpful videos, this abuser negatively impacted multiple lives. It's not okay, and I agree he should face the consequences of such vile behaviour.

It's quite seldom that narcissists actually open their eyes to the fact that they aren't infallible. Wouldn't waste my time to wait for that to happen. The best one can do is to show him indifference and boredom because they live from other peoples emotions and will then finally look for another victim.
It's also very telling that he planned how to gain control right from the beginning. That was the sole purpose of becoming involved in DissociaDIDs business.

Either way, I'm proud of them and their legal team. This was hard work and took a ton of effort. Whatever decision they will make it'll be the right one for them and I'm sure the community will keep supporting them. 😊

@@kalkidanhailu8563 Considering the fact that they are literally diagnosed twice with DID by professionals - yes, I believe their diagnosis by a DID expert that's well established in his field.
One can tell the clear differences in personalities and influences of different personalities and how it affects their body if one pays close enough attention. They only share a fraction of their life online though, so one sees only a very small and edited portion of their life that doesn't reflect all switches, etc. that happen during a day.
They also have been in therapy for a really long time, so they obviously won't present in the same way an unaware system or an unaware host would or like a system that hasn't established (a good amount of) communication yet and that understands how their disorder looks like for them, etc...

While UA-camrs constantly clown on incels, this really was a worst case scenario of what they can do to someone on the internet. The fact that he dragged you through 3+ years of legal cases and put together enough of a case that it took this long is absolutely insane. He was so desperate to meet you, to be with you, and when he was told no, he threw a temper tantrum that put more stress on you. Dragging you and lawyers into court (I’m betting 95% of it was so he could be in the same room as you, because psychotic individuals like him do that sort of thing when they’re sickly obsessed) all to be told “You get nothing from this.”

Frankly, I'm starting to think he can't let this court case go because it would mean that his relationship with you all is finally over. He's obsessed and he can't handle the idea of being without you. I'm so proud of you all for meeting every one of his attacks against you even though I'm sure it's been exhausting and I'm so glad it's finally over.
I'd recommend saying you want no further contact with the guy or you'll pursue everything you can get on him including interference in business, harassment, intimidation, contempt, defamation, perjury, and whatever else you can get him on. Either he sits down and shuts up or you ruin him

One difficulty for Kya and Co is that they live in England and Costa is in Portugal. The UK court issued a no contact decree but really have no jurisdiction over a Portugal resident .
Problem is that he has significantly more resources than she does. Ruining her was his strategy, and dragging it out even more is far more likely to hurt her than it is to hurt him.
Sometimes... not often, but sometimes... after years of being forced to suffer in silence... We finally use our voice, and the bullies don’t get the win.

It's scary that someone can do this. It's easy to imagine a situation where someone is less able to fight this and has basically lost the moment legal action is taken. You've done amazingly, but nobody should ever even have to be in this situation.
Now that you mention that, that is pretty terrifying. I hope Costa does not dig his claws into any other unsuspecting people. Especially women since it seems that’s what he’s looking for essentially.

I can't believe someone would be so openly predatory. It's awful how he is so relentless and invasive with absolutely no empathy, especially after manipulating you. Watching DissociaDID videos was what helped the others to connect to me (the host) a couple of years ago.
This case with Costa is messed up and we would NEVER want for you to have to deal with all this shit. That being said, y'all dealed with this is such a honored and well thought way, that our main protector (which used to be my persecutor back then, btw) took many notes on how to prevent and also deal with this kind of stuff.
We intend to speak openly about our system soon, so we know it's gonna be usefull. Thank you for that.
