Jay, thank you for doing the video and taking away time from your own enjoyment to share it with us. This was a huge show and I think I’m going to have to try to go next year.
Jay - thanks for posting this. I was a part of the LEGO 60'x30' display (0:59 - 1:01 in the video). I've been displaying there since 2012 (except 2021, when the show didn't happen); I love it!!
So great to see thsi video! I appreciate that you are finding friends to take to the ahow. This show looks amazing and humongous! Did you take anything home?
Man people will really complain about anything. My wife and I attended and had a great time. Nice video, if people really wanted to see the items on the table they should of gone to the show themselves. Plenty of people were buying, myself included
Thanks for posting this. I keep hearing about this show, and I was planning on going to it in 2024, but even just watching this video I'm a bit overwhelmed. There's just so much happening there. The regional shows where I am (in the Maritimes in Canada) have big shows, but they're NOTHING to this scale. Even spending two days there, I'm not sure I'd be able to see everything. Do you have to be a member of anything regional to attend the clinics?
It can be a bit overwhelming. I go with specific items I want to track down. That makes it easier for me to focus. And no, you don’t have to be a member of anything. The clinics are open to everyone.
I feel like I am riding a gerbil LOL I appreciate the tour but it's unfocused. I know of many new products whose tables you skipped or skimmed (some were small new manf. with cool stuff) Going in informed to look for some of these would help. I watched yours as many of the other vids that are up so far are for the large scale gize, and I am an HOer. Still got by many places, and did pick up signage too,. cheers.
great pictures but you need to slow down the filming and stop spraying the camera all over the place and let the focus settle it just constantly on the move stop hold and let the action do the moving result will be a far easier to watch video Please
This is great whenever you are in New Jersey you should come check out northlandz an amazing model railroad museum also would love to see you explore more amusement parks in New Jersey including one near me called land of make believe thats not to far from the poconos it’s family owned and operated and it’s very kid oriented and located in hope New Jersey

I don't wanna be critical of you but you don't do a very good job of video and what the dealers have for sale on the table.. A lot of us guys are interested in Lionel an American flyer Post war Trains.
And yet you are being critical. If being constructive or kind in your comments is not possible then why say anything? This young man and others like him are the future of the hobby. Let's find ways to encourage not discourage.
Watching your video has been a total waste of time you don't know how to focus on anything and you're just wandering around. It doesn't appear there are many people buying anything there.

You’re welcome! I hope you do get to visit the show.
@@jayducharme If you pause at 25:12, I was there today! The train show is always a blast. Hope to visit the on in TX this summer.
Nicholas, I looked for you. Were you by the art with 2 women and were you wearing a blue shirt, grey sweater and back pack? If so, I saw you.
@@derekalexander4030 no I was wearing a red jacket with the Durango and Silverton hat on.
Great video! Thanks for sharing!

Just a few train mugs. Each year I go with a specific item in mind. Ironically I couldn’t find what I was looking for this time.
Thanks for sharing. TMRCI
Seems very comprehensive. I wish you had slowed down so we could get vendors' names.
This is an amazing exhibition. at least 4 times larger than the shows we have here in UK Thank you for sharing here.
Thanks for sharing. I’d like to get to this show in person some day.
I went with my friend today it was my first time in many years I’ve gone to train show it was a great show and I will go back next year

@Jay Ducharme Virtual Railfan Is Going To Put Me On Grab Bag Video 😁
You're a model railroader?
I dabble.
It appears there was not much of a crowd up to show this year. In recent years it was so packed you could hardly walk around.
Into the afternoon, there were still dozens of people lined up at the ticket booths. I filmed this earlier in the day.
Day 1 had 11,500 visitors, which is getting back to pre-pandemic levels. I didn't hear Day 2's number.

Filming like this is rubbish, it makes you seasick
Comments like this are rubbish, it makes me seasick. 😁
Slow down the panning, stay on a subject for more than a second. You're giving me vertigo.
