- After four consecutive wins against Aston Villa, some Cherries fans were licking their lips at the thought of a clash at Villa Park, however it was not so much of a playground for Gary O’Neil’s men on Saturday, because, in a round-about way, it was as far removed from a see-saw encounter as you’ll ever see.
As a result, Cherries slide down to 19th, and Bournemouth’s helter-skelter relegation run in continues with a more anxiety and anguish.

Wouldn’t get too downbeat as we’re in seriously good form. You definitely caused us more problems than Palace, Everton and Saints who’ve we’ve played recently.

The Villa Fans do seem like quite a nice bunch of lads and lasses! Seeing most of them clapping, when Brooksy came on, showed that, no matter what colour shirt you wear, we are all part of one big footie family!
As my wife and I were leaving the Stadium, a Villa fan and his little boy came up to us, shook my hand and gave my wife a hug, saying “I hope you guys manage to stay up, you really deserve it!” That was a nice way to end a miserable afternoon!

I’m a villa fan from the north east - came down for Cheltenham and managed to get a ticket. Thought the Bournemouth fans were brilliant, villa fans extremely flat, was disappointed with atmosphere however happy with our result. Good luck for end of season 👍🏼
You're right mate - we didn't need to get out of third gear to win. You might look at it as a bad loss and a team you should have beat but the form table since Emery came in has villa 3rd level on points with Man City. Gerrard has made us look a lot worse than we are if we had Emery all season we would probably be top 7 area

Villa fan here and got to say this is one of the best away day vlogs on UA-cam..I was hoping you’d go round to the back of the Holte end and show the stadium off from that side as it really does look awesome with the red brick work and the old style writing..thought you caused us a few problems and should’ve scored but tbh mings is in great form of late and played well as is the whole team since Emery came in..good luck for the rest of the season..UTV

Nerdy question; I see you use the Osmo Pocket, are you using the wide angle adapter as well?
Love a nerdy question! We use a wide angle adapter for some sit down shows where we use the Pocket, however out and about like this vlog- we don’t use it. Whilst it is magnetic, I would undoubtedly lose it on our travels!

The teams in the bottom 8 all have the same objectives and home games are so important i believe if your playing a fellow bottom 8 team at home you must win those games if playing away then its a must not lose scenario . The remaining 12 teams are all far much better , stronger maybe not in first 11 but in squad depth and being able to rotate players any wins gained at home are a massive boost against these clubs but we should be looking to hold them to draws away matches anything is a bonus . Basically what im trying to say is home games are key to staying in the league for the bottom 8 teams

You have to walk that way when you're coming from the Bartons Arms though. Worth it for the best pub in the city I'd say
@@joebees21 There are two routes, if I were giving somebody directions I'd send them down Witton Road but the slightly shorter and nicer walk takes you through the park and brings you out behind the Holte End.
