I somehow managed to play this version together with Miku's version totally synchronous and it sounds amazing *-* I never thought that Miku and Ritsu would sound so awesome together :)
no, ritsu's voice(all of his voicebanks) can only be used with hiragana phonemes. if you go to control panel>clock, language and region>region and language>keyboards>change keyboard you can choose a japanese keyboard to type hiragana(just click the keyboard, click input mode and choose "hiragana". if you want to type it quickly and easily i recommend going to conversion mode and selecting "no conversion" so when you press space it won't give you different options for what you typed in).

Ritsu sounds very nice. End breath usage is fine. I felt that the vibrato was too fast in some parts and that you could've used less reverb, although that might've been unavoidable in mitigating Ritsu's electric-ness. I feel that he's too breathy in some notes as well. Good job overall.
