Delta Rockwell 11" x 36" Headstock Disassembly

I purchased this lathe a few days ago and to get it loaded in my truck I needed to separate the lathe from the cabinet.
The drive belts go between the two and were very old so I cut them off.
To get new ones on, the spindle has to come out. There's also some broken gearing inside that I needed to fix. I started the teardown and forgot to video the first part but I will record the reassembly.
I'd also like to thank ‪@BurtonsAttic‬ for his rebuild videos of this lathe. He didn't do a headstock disassembly but his videos are a wealth of information and I will make use of everything I learned from watching his lathe restoration.
