Thanks for the lesson. 1. For normal size, can I also say “bok ga ti”? Or is “bok ga ti” for ordering drinks only? Is “tam ma daa” for ordering food only? 2. If I call the waitress “phi”, but if she thinks I look older than her, will she be unhappy/uncomfortable? Or is it safer 😅😅 to always call a waitress “nong” in a Thai restaurant? Thanks!
for drinks if you say bpòk-ga-dtì We use it for normal of sweetness or How strong of caffeine khâ :)
it's okay to call them Nóng khâ :)
Oh, sorry, one more question. For iced water, can I just say “naam yen”? Or must I say “naam sai naam-kaeng”? Thanks again, kru Noey🙏😁
the waiter or waiterss they will ask you after you order " ao náam bplaao 1 khùat (bottle) or 1 gâew (glass) ,they will ask you " ao náam-khǎeng dûai(as well) mái ?
Can I use those sentences in a Thai Restaurant in Germany ?
They might not understand. Because more often than not the staff is vietnamese
