Gayle can never shutup. She takes every interview away from the other hosts. So aggravating.
the best scene for me was with the song- Were all alone by Kennedy Ryon
Killers of the Flower Moon is also focused on the perpetrators
Choosing to highlight a bit of the Filipino domestic helper community in Hong Kong thru the characters of Essie and Puri was a very brave choice to make because it treads the line between misrepresenting a race that craves the attention but can’t relate to working as house help abroad and stereotyping a particular community of said race that deserves all recognition but whose stories have been told as far back as the 1990’s. Growing up in the Philippines at that point, we’ve always been convinced that a generation of toddlers in places like HK, Singapore, and the Middle East would have been accustomed enough to our cringey novelty songs and our unhealthy diet just to have a better appreciation of our culture (Cantonese kids speaking Tagalog is not a stretch).
Thank you for ruining the plot for us. Might want to mention spoiler alert. Such a beautiful and enticing series that I will still watch but you just took away the magic. Thanks!
Creative process? A movie about narcissistic adults focusing on their own problems after a child has gone missing? 😱GROSS.🤮. The actors were amazing …….the writing was CRAP.
Thank you for bringing true stories to any and all screens.
