Bodybuilders are mentally ill, this is not a joke but a serious fitness statement we need to dive deeper into. Bodybuilding promotes an unhealthy fitness lifestyle, just to hide insecurities they won't approach head on. Mario Rios becomes a bodybuilders therapist and offers solutions to their fitness problems.

I used to work out with a body builder and his roommate, who weighs 300+ lbs. They flexed, lifting heavy, but both of them had blown knees caps, and they broke down when we played tennis or anything physically demanding. I cut them off because of their poor mentality. Flexing heavy unusable weight and having a gluttonous appetite of eating bs. The excuse is bulking for muscle growth, but his friend 300+ pounds. My views on fitness have been illuminated! Thank you, rios twins, for exposing the truth in fitness 🙏 this confirms that I am going down the right path because these bodybuilders/optimal trainers try to derail people into the fitness matrix.

The amount of FACTS spit in this video. 110% of the same (and correct) perspective at you brother. Bodybuilders just get as huge as possible thinking it makes them better than everyone, which they need to feel bc of their atrocious self esteem.
Let’s also not forget the huge component that they do it to disguises the fact they lack the disciple to be lean, cut, and well rounded in fitness. So they cover it up w sitting on a machine, pushing some heavy weight, and eating a fuck ton to feel good about themselves.
I get dirty looks from bodybuilders and muscle heads all time time in the gym. It’s simple. They have fragile egos and are jealous when they see a younger man w the discipline to be lean, cut, move well, eat clean, and confident in himself. Let them losers stay big and stay hating.

I dont care what your goals are, if you are doing steroids, SOMETHING IS WRONG. Its never a solution to damage your body and shorten your lifespan to look better. Even if you are jucing because you want to become pro, you are on the wrong path. Is it really worth to destroy you life so you can make career? (If a career destroys your life you have choosen the wrong career) Why not work out as a natural with the goal of becoming healthy, instead of looking big. Also, looking healthy = looking good. If you are so obssesed with getting an unnatural and unhealthy big physique that you cant stay away from steroids you probably need to seek therapy rather than steroids.

Hey Mario long time lifter here, I've been working out for about 10 years now and love the feeling of improving my self in the gym. It made me more confident and it's been a great way to clear my mind after a long day of work. Ever since I saw your videos, I quit all that and joined a MMA gym. Now I regularly my head punched in by some guy that's secretly on the juice and taking out all his marital frustrations on me. The CTE has made me understand why MMA makes everyone so happy. The head injuries literally stop you from forming any intelligent thoughts. I have been getting more aggressive and suicidal recently, but I think thats because everyone thinks us fighters are losers and respects those lazy lifters. Last night I almost John Joned my wife had my CTE not stopped me by causing me to lose all my memory. I agree with almost every point you made in the video. What i don't agree with is how you perceive martial arts and its relation with mental toughness. I do understand that in your mind, getting hit in the face is making you mentally tougher. However, the reason that works for you is because you, and most Americans, are soft. Here in the balkans, getting into a ring and sparring with eachother is like a field day. Life is real here man. Why do you think most UFC champs aren't from the US?

Jeez, you have to be the most insecure of all of the people mentioned. Most bodybuilders aren’t under any impression that their performance gets better with more muscle. Their goals are different and that doesn’t make them insecure.
More muscle does not imbalance you or make you more injury prone, literally does the opposite and the literature supports that (don’t try to bring up how bodybuilders get injured without mentioning that it’s typically the steroids that make you more injury prone I.E. tendons being more brittle, etc.). When you train appropriately whether it be for more muscle mass or not, you decrease risk of injury.
So much you are legitimately wrong about and so much about the way you speak that screams insecurity.
FYI Dr.Mike is a brown belt in bjj/wrestler and trains harder in one set than you do in a week.
Machines are meant to target muscle groups and negate limiting factors from the compound movements , most body builders still do compound movements. Machines are designated for, most often ,weak muscle groups.
You and your target audience are weak willed and you mask it by attacking those you disagree with.
