this is my main issue with group chats and discord channels. half the time im like "oh these dudes are chill ya add me to it" and then its like immediately terrorist beheadings and like some girl shitting a brick off a balcony or something. As someone who left the group chat. Damn I didn’t get murdered but it was the right choice. The fellas are better without me, I don’t think I was toxic in a way that was malicious but somehow it was clear I was holding em back. The fellas are doing pretty good and so am I. It’s been a little over a year now and honestly I don’t regret it. I miss the fellas a lot but I know how much better off they are. Ive reached out a few times and it’s always been friendly but clearly we’re both in different places now. The fellas will always be my brothers and I just couldn’t keep up and that’s okay. Being the oldest I just have to admit that doesn’t mean Im the brightest or quickest. Ill get there someday but no point holding up other great men.
