So first off thank you for such a engenius idea for pizza I made it for my son he absolutely loves it I did however bake it at 350 for 6mins then made a garlic butter and added some shredded mozzarella on the outside

I disagree on the sauce because he used tomato paste meaning it is heavily reduced tomato sauce meaning it’s very very very very strong flavor. I would use more if it was sauce and not paste.
