I'm positively surprised that after a long time feeling like NYX eyeshadow was mediocre for the price point, the brand really seems to have picked it up in terms of quality and colour stories with these new format of palettes. Might be first time in years that I will actually pick up a palette from them, because the holiday palette is looking very appealing. I also like the theme of flamingos in Christmas, because it gives a fun twist to the whole idea of what a traditional Christmas makeup launch usually is.
This collection just dropped at Ulta today!! 🥳🥳
I used to have one NYX palette and thought it was mediocre too, but then I found out they revamp themselves and picked up 2 palettes: jeans palette and bright palette. I used today the purple shimmer on top of a glitter glue all over my lid and omg, I can't believe it's a NYX eyeshadow and not an indie brand, it has this beautiful tiny blue sparkles that's only noticeable when the light hits the right spot; all of the eyeshadow are gorgeous now for a fair price. I cannot wait for other releases.
Wow this collection is amazing, look 2 w the brown lip was a perfect fall look. Look 1 looked so easily created it just came together so quickly, great job Steff thank you.

I’m pleasantly surprised at how much NYX has been improving with their formulas, their color stories and just their aesthetic in general! They are really starting to compete with higher end makeup brands! I’ve loved everything I have tried from them the past year or two. My favorite things about them is how interesting and fun their collections are, but they’re done in a non childish/classy way, and how gorgeous their formulas are but also less expensive than high end and SO much more accessible!
Also, I want to say how much I love your hair color and style! It really suits you, in my humble opinion! You’re always gorgeous!❤

I haven’t tried NYX eyeshadow yet but I heard it’s good. I do love the butter gloss and their other products I’ve tried. This is a nice collection.
I’ve had majority good luck with their eyeshadow palettes. I would give them a try when you have a chance.

Hi Steff!! I love the milky glosses. On my lips they feel more moisturizing than the butter glosses and they smell amazing. I thought this collection was really cute and done quite well. Look #1 was def my favorite as I loved that mint green shimmer. I would pick up the palette just for that shade. 😂 That red matte shade omg STUNNING!!😍😍

The butter gloss is my favorite out of the two. It also has more product in it and it's cheaper. The mildly gloss is a Lil thicker in my opinion.

I have been tempted to try out the new NYX eyeshadow palettes so it is helpful to see how they perform. They seem to be great and the one you used here is beautiful!
I love the looks you created using the eyeshadow palette, especially the smokey black one. I like the idea of trying out black on the eyelid but I am always unsure how to wear it. Your look gave me some ideas on how to make it work on me.

this collection is soooo adorable and i was HOPING that you’d make a video using the palette and lippie set. i loveeee the matte lippies and memory foam is one of my favorite shades!!! the two milky glosses are AMAZING!!! i have them both in my collection and i wear them (and the other shades) quite often. omg, the looks you created with the palette were stunning!!! i reallllly loved them both, but my favorite look was the first one, because of the color combinations!!! i KNOW how obsessed you are with FLAMINGOS!!! 🦩🦩🦩

The eyeliner with the lashes is usually also glue. Not sure if it’s the same in this set or not but that’s usually the case.
